Wifi for $12.95 a night !!!
Be prepared for paying for the wifi... Yes in this age and stage of our existence, just imagine if you are charged for wifi @ $12.95 a night. Well that was, what it is.... When I enquired at reception, they told me it can be waived off, if you were a member of Marriott Bonvoy - which luckily I was... so be vary of your credit card charges while at Marriott... I do not recall if any hotel has ever charged me for using wifi and I have travelled to over 40 countries !!!

Awful parking
The parking is awful. The parking lot is too small for a hotel. There needs to be a parking person to make you is double parked because a lot of people in pickup trucks double parked. Finding a parking spot made the trip less enjoyable. I will not recommend this hotel based off how awful the experience was trying to park in a thunderstorm. Do better or charge less because this is unacceptable on all levels.

Ryn Helps Stranded Travelers!
Ryn welcomed us to the Hotel after our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Charlotte overnight. Ryn was very accommodating with a late check-out for the next day since our rescheduled flight was going to be later in the day. Ryn delivered excellent customer service meeting our needs considering our unexpected stay in Charlotte.

Wonderful place to stay!!
The hotel is very clean. Staff was exceptional in every role. If there is any issue, they will go out of their way to make it right! Hotel is convenient to shopping and dining, but still quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay there again!!

Great hotel, do not come for the M Lounge
The hotel was very nice, the only two issues I had, we were 3 rooms away from the elevator and you could hear the noise of the elevator every time it was being used and even up to the late evening hours. - So get a room about 5 to 6 rooms away to avoid the noise. The second issue, is the M lounge, I read some reviews saying how nice it was, it was a disappointment. We were there for break, and every day, the same things, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and chicken sausage (best part) and on ocaision instead of chicken sausage it was bacon. They also had a variet of drinks, and fruit. main coffee machine was out of order. For dinner, also the same thing, some type of potato or cheese puff, chicken dumpling I think, and random desert. Everyday the same thing. They also had different types of chips and candy. To me, breakfast wise, similar to a residence inn or fairfield inn. This should not be a M lounge, just a lounge. The lounge had a few TV's nice area to sit and relax, but the only other M lounges I have been to, were Europe, and they were amazing. For Breakfast or Dinner, and then desert, they had the whole table decked out. A few types of pasta, salad, fish, steak, etc... everyday something different. I was hoping for the same experience, but it fell short. The rooms were very nice, hotel was very nice. The location was great, but its about 15 minutes from downtown. Free parking too.
