    Above and beyond!

    Randy from the front desk is amazing! We witnessed him handling a tough situation with grace and dignity. We’ve come here so many times and the staff is always great, but Randy stood out! Additionally, Bennett, the bellhop, always makes our trips fun by chatting with us on the way to the room and back. We love it here.

    Wonderful

    Oh my goodness , we were on the fence about this trip and Diante seamlessly helped us. His wonderful customer service , knowledge and sensitivity to our needs made the decision to stay there so easy ! Thank you Diante and the Catamaran Resort Hotel.

    Exceptional customer service with reservations

    We just booked a 3 night stay at the Catamaran Resort and Spa on the phone with Diante A. He provided exceptional customer service. Stellar, actually. We normally book online, however the room type we wanted only had one remaining so it disappeared while booking. I thought we had missed out. Thankfully, I called and had the good fortune to speak to Diante. Not only was he able to find the room type we needed, but he provided helpful information about the resort and things to do with our children. We can't wait for our trip. If the rest of the staff is anywhere near as professional, polite and helpful as Diante, this will be a fantastic trip.

    Beautiful property / freindly staff

    This Resort is on a beautiful piece of property. The lobby is tropical and the grounds are all very well kept. The staff all seem happy and are friendly. Kudos to Randy at the front desk for resolving an issue that we had with our room. He is a stellar employee! If you can get a room in the 2-story beachfront buildings, I would recommend it over the tower rooms. The beachfront rooms are updated but the tower rooms feel outdated and a bit worn out. Overall a great 3-night stay, thanks to Randy!!
