Exiting the Parking lot is a nightmare
The over all hotel was very nice. Designed a bit strange and difficult to navigate to get to the conference center. But the reason we will NOT go back is when you try to leave there is a gate you have to go through. They check to see if you have paid to park. However, when 1200 people get released from a conference at the same time, there is a line that forms because of this process. It took us 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot. this is not a very customer service friendly process and we will NEVER stay again because it. There are too many other hotels around that do not have this ridiculous policy.

Excellent hotel would highly recommend as part of Virgin package
This is an excellent hotel in a prime location for all the parks. All the Disney parks are between 10-15 mins drive and Universal around 25 mins (not accounting for any traffic of course). Walmart a 10 min drive as is other supermarkets such as Target etc. Check in was simple and we parked no issue. Some days were busier than others and we were a little further away from the tower but never failed to get a spot. Booking through virgin meant parking and resort fees were included which you need to check as if not parking would be expensive. The room was fine (floor 9 tower 1) and was cleaned daily although sheets were not changed. Room was spacious with a lounge area that had it own TV, two queen beds and shower room. Air con was good, no more noisy than any other air con in hotels. View from room was nice especially in the storms. The hotel itself is clean with many different dining and drinking options. Starbucks on a morning was a godsend although the weekend saw the queue for that leading to an hours wait. Pool area was fine. We were there over memorial weekend and that Saturday and Sunday was extremely busy at the pool. But other than that sunbeds were plentiful and towels on tap. Buying things in hotel are pricey as you’d expect. There is a CVS across the road and an absolute gem of a pizza shop where you’ll pay half of what you would in the market inside hotel. However for ease sometimes the hotel market was ideal, especially the cakes and ice cream. We ate at the Stadium Bar which was nice. Usual burgers etc but all done really well. Again, not the cheapest but worth a visit. Staff were excellent and attentive and the place was kid friendly. Be warned the kids menu portions are not far off adult sizes!! Just be mindful of hidden charges. Don’t use the water in the room that’s provided as they will charge you $14 to replace it. Head over to CVS and buy bottled water for a fraction of the price. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would return as well as highly recommending it.

Great Experience
Great experience. Good food, good drinks, friendly staff, GREAT pool atmosphere except for the jerk who brought and broke a glass bottle to ruin it for everybody. Stadium Club was great. An overall great experience with my 21-year-old son.

Very satisfied with my stay for Mother's Day weekend.
Very beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Clean. Felt like an island vide. Food from restaurant was good. Small market on the resort. 1.5 miles from Disney World. Pools and surrounding areas were cleaned several times a day. If you have a rental car you can park it on the property. Check was easy and quick.

Not too bad but a lot of noise
We are half way through our 8 day family vacay (3 adults, 5yr and 1yr). The hotel is clean, staff is nice, pool is nice. We upgraded our room to a villa (ended up being $1300can more than what we paid through our package which is a lot, we travel twice a year and don’t cheap out, this was pretty expensive). The room is large, bigger than most apartments I’d say. Comes w fridge, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining, washer/dryer, dishwasher, pretty much everything. We mostly chose this for more spaces kids and because the regular rooms don’t have patios which we wanted. So I’m mostly giving the resort a 3 because the noise outside is almost unbearable, it’s a constant loud generator type noise. You can hear it even if doors are closed, to sit outside and listen to it is not relaxing at all. This may not be an issue for some ppl but I like listening to the rain or just having some quiet while sitting outside and I found the noise kept me awake for 2. Nights as an annoyance and souring outside was not as relaxing. Because of this minor issue, I woujd not get the vila agsin and probably wouldn’t stay here. There’s so many other resorts near this one, I rather have quiet and maybe not quite as expensive. Also room service does not for to these rooms which is a tad annoying, you have to go to one of restaurants in hotel to order then bring it back up to room (and on that note, not much of a kids menu or menu for that matter). Staff were very nice, parking is easy and the hotel is close to alot of amnesties and activities but one I said there’s a TON of other hotels near here that I’d try. Either way we had a great Disney trip and will return but will try another hotel that is less noisy with an upgraded room and has more food options. Oh and the pools here are nice, I wouldn’t want to be there during high season though as pools are quite small but during downtime it’s manageable!
