Bad customer service at front desk
I booked forum tower river view. However I received city view. I called down to check if there is mistake. The front desk reception (brown male). Stated there is no river view. I confirmed my booking that it is river view. And he said yes I booked river view but there isn't any. I asked to change for a river view room and he said it can not be done. He was not polite and definitely not helpful. Did not offer any accommodation or apologize for not providing what I purchased.

No water in room but full price charged = crappy value and bad service
Very disappointed + annoyed and confused. We had high expectations. No problem checking in and getting ready for the Detroit Lions game. Came back to the hotel after the Monday Night game in Detroit, (after midnight) only to find shower not working, toilet not working and no sink water. Went to front desk and the young lady apologized that 'water maintenance' was scheduled for 12 to 6. She said, "You should have been informed when you checked in" (we weren't) and she pointed to a small print letter in a glass frame on the desk. She went to see her manager and offered to move us to the other tower AT 12:30 AM! We intended to shower and go play slots for an hour NOT MOVE FOR AN HOUR. No compensation or rebate offered. So, we chose slots and used the public washrooms and went to bed sweaty. Mickey Mouse treatment for what is supposed to be a classy hotel. M.I.C.-K.E.Y... M.O.U.S.E. Not happy at all for how much we paid.

Love it!
Another excellent stay at Caesars! We had a room in Forum tower for 2 nights. I especially love the drinks you order while playing slots. Very quick and efficient! Waiters are very pleasant. Everything is top notch, been going for here for years!

Very expensive
Rooms expensive, $ 25 each night for valet, housekeeping only after 3 night stay, $25 for early check-in, No buffet during week stay only on weekends, only Tim hortons or one fast food restaurant to eat and NO smoking on property anywhere.
