Was ok
My room was not serviced. The bathroom lights flashed consistently. The bathroom tap dripped. The bedroom lights also flashed. They only have 1 roll of extra toilet paper. There was a drip coffee machine not a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was not cleaned the floor was dirty and corners of the bathroom were dusty and unclean.

We Will NEVER Stay Here Again !
We were in Windsor visiting family. The room was nice but overpriced! We had a third floor room with a very obstructed view of the Detroit Skyline. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will not be returning. The front desk did not want me to use my debit card as they put a $200 dollar hold on your credit card in case you damage anything in your room. I insisted that they take it and I had to pay the $200 from my debit card and I got it refunded when I checked out. The Manager rudely told me that I was very lucky to get money back from them as that rarely happens there! We came back to our room on the second night, after a long day, only to find that our room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. We were told that rooms are only cleaned once during a 3 night visit and that we ourselves would have to schedule a cleaning with housekeeping for the next day! At over $300 a night(including tax and a resort fee) this is Not Acceptable! Their customer service needs some big improvements or they will not survive!

Nice rooms but get out of the casino and go outside.
I stayed here for a conference, and if not for that, this wouldn't have been my first choice. I'm not a gambler and not a casino person in general, so I found this entire compound to be overwhelming and oppressive. Staying in the Forum Tower meant having to walk through the casino floor just to get to my room - every. single. time. Also, trying to go outside to enjoy the waterfront view felt like an impossible task - I know the casino doesn't want you to leave but you should really get outside and stroll down Riverside; you just may need to ask security where an exit door is. The room itself was very big and very clean. A great tub, a separate shower, etc. My only gripe about the room was the lighting; the bathroom was flickery and the lamps were kind of uselessly placed about. The food program, as part of the conference, was also very well done and I was very impressed in that regard.

Average at best !!!
There is no room service even though searching online confirms they do. They have inroom dining option on TV but at the end of ordering you find out it’s pick up only. Seriously Caesars? Do better.

A place we keep returning to!
This hotel and resort are always clean with friendly staff. The booking system is really easy so that you can get that King bed along with a sofa if you so choose. The restaurants are top notch : my favorite is Spagos and I have yet to be disappointed with my meal or the service they provide.
