    Rude front desk

Check-in was uncomfortable and a little confrontational. Lack of different and affordable tables to play. Neros restaurant was amazing, food was perfect. As for the slots, if not for the exchange rate, better slot play across the boarder

Fun time there, but don’t think their individual rules

Used to love this venue. Beware they do not follow all Caesars Rules of your rewards and play. All the other Caesars properties in the US acknowledge your play in their properties. Windsor does not. If you have not been there for months no host will acknowledge your play in Windsor from other Caesars properties for a comp, free room. I Asked why, host told me you have no play here. THAT is totally unfair by listing themselves as a Caesars Casino with rewards, etc. Being Diamond Plus cannot even get a decent river view room because tiers and points WERE NOT EARNED IN WINDSOR. Someone from corporate needs to speak to the management of this property and set them straight. I was told in Vegas you earn tiers and rewards in any Caesars property they should be honored at any CAESARS PROPERTIES. Someone in the Caesars Corporate management needs to have a seminar with Windsor property and management. TOTALLY UNFAIR.

    Great Stay

This was just a great experience. My wife took me for a birthday get away. The staff was great and the food was better. The room was clean and updated. What you see on line is what you see when you arrive,

    Disappointed!

Disappointed with our stay this time! My husband and I decided to visit the casino off season for my birthday weekend in response to an email offer from Caesar's for a discounted room and food voucher ( only $30 but a nice gesture). Upon checking out we were told, "oh sorry" the restaurant we dined at doesn't qualify for the $30 credit, despite us asking and having it confirmed upon check- in, that yes it did! We were very disappointed that as frequent visitors to this location from St.Catharines, I might add, that they did not honour this for us. We felt it was very poor customer service! Doesn't make you feel like a valued customer! I know it's only $30 bucks but it's the principle of the thing!

    Horrible

Avoid this hotel. You have to walk about a kilometre through the casino to get to the hotel. There are no luggage carts available. If you try to bring any alcohol in the staff will stop you. The casino staff attempted to confine us to our room because they decided that we were showing signs of intoxication (we were not). When we tried to leave, they called the police and had us removed from the property—despite us remaining calm and respectful the entire time. We left peacefully, yet the hotel refused a refund. We were forced to pay for another hotel. They had done the same thing to another guest earlier that day and she told us that they had done the same with her sister. We were in the elevator as she was being escorted to her room. She was showing no signs of aggression or intoxication either. They seem to think they’re running a prison.
