Conventions should avoid this hotel!
Came with a convention. Told check in was at 4. Yet somehow when I checked in at the proper time, the only rooms left were smoking rooms…in the entire hotel….at check in time….the ONLY rooms left were smoking. Really? I was told I could get a non smoking room, but I’d have to upgrade and pay extra for a suite. I could do also checked in early for an extra charge of $20. The room smelled so bad and the solution was to spray an air fresher that did not help and just smelled like chemicals. Woke up with the worst headache. At dinner, the rice was raw and crunchy, no salt or pepper, silverware (or anything for that matter) on the table…not even water. They charged $6 for a soda that was 1/4 of a can of soda. The banquet staff were miserable and rude. Our server kept telling me to pull my chair into the table because I was “in the isle.” In fact the tables were set up so poorly in a room that was too small for the amount of people, which did not leave room for her to move and her response was to continuously ask me to move. When asking to take my plate, she asked “are you done. I can’t tell.” I finally stopped eating and got up. It really didn’t matter because the food was barely edible.

Great to Stay but Not to Play!
Hotel was very Nice, our casino experience was not so nice, taking 30 mins for a slot attendant to come help us after letting 4 different people know that the machine would not let us change the bet or Cash out to a different machine. That was the 3rd machine we had to get a attendant for! So all in all, I would stay in the hotel again, but will probably Not play in the casino there again! Everyone person I talked to also said they would probably Not play there again! That the machine there don't work or don't payout!

Roaches/Worst Customer Service Experience at any Caesars Property
I have stayed at Caesars in the Emperor's Suite many times. My recent two day stay ended today and it will be will be the last. I woke up last night at approximately 3:00 am to find three roaches in the suite, one in the sink and two on the floor. The roaches should be enough to prevent me from returning, however it was more the way Caesars handled it that will keep me away (I am a diamond member at Caesars). When I checked out, I told the Customer Service Rep about the roaches and showed her pictures. She told me that she would tell housekeeping. She did not offer to comp any part of the stay and was simply checking me out at full price! I asked about having the room comp'd and she told me that she would need to speak to her supervisor. She left the podium and went to the back office, returning 5 minutes later, and said her supervisor took $75 off one night! This is a $600/Night room. The supervisor never came to speak to me, nobody apologized (not even the customer service rep), NOTHING. It is worth noting that 5 years ago I moved from New Jersey to Las Vegas. I frequent Caesars properties in Vegas weekly. I assure you that if this happened at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, a manager would have taken the time to speak with me, the staff would have apologized for my dissatisfaction and they would have comp'd the room, for at least the last night. Hospitality in Las Vegas is second to none and the staff in Atlantic City will be well served to spend a week, or more, in Vegas learning how to accommodate guests that frequent the resort. The way this matter was handled by the staff at Caesars Atlantic City is inexcusable and demonstrates a lack of basic understanding of how any guest should be treated, let alone one that paid to stay in the most expensive room on the property.

LIVE, LOVE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I traveled to Caesars Palace in Atlantic City For my mom‘s birthday weekend, As soon as you walk in, you greeted with a sweet aroma that smells fragrance of a Goddess, The entire experience was magnificent. Staff is beyond exceptional. Food from their late night cafe is tasty, And I tend to be pretty lucky as I play games in the casino. One of the wonderful highlights that made this trip even better was when a shift manager by the name of Jamie V. settled a mishap due to a pizza I ordered being overcooked by the chef, I don’t blame the chef because it was late at night and he had to fulfill a lot of orders. The shift manager, Jamie Felt so sad about my experience that she reassured that my frown would be turned upside down. She made sure my mom and I were taken care of by showing sincere compassion. She is a true fairy of light to the Caesars Palace of Atlantic City, If she is reading this, thank you once again, truly from my heart!
