Maybe it's just me but ceasears really doesn't like winners at there casino at this point I would never stay at a ceasears resort in Atlantic city or las vegas .... I've never had any issues at mgm properties ever but always had issues with ceasears at this point all my spend will be with mgm and I will never spend a penny at ceasears again

You get what you get in AC
Positives - the rooms in the new Ceturion Tower are nice and updated. Negatives: - You are hit with serious cigarette smoke/scent when you walk through most common areas of the hotel. - apparently its a secret process to get housekeeping to clean your room. each room is equipped with a green button to press to alert house housekeeping for cleaning…whelp after two days we got a hold of a staff member on the phone to tell us that no staff members pay attention if you press the green button on your door for housekeeping - you have to request it - verbally to someone….but they were willing to run up some towels in an hour or so. Feels like the hotel is understaffed to clean all rooms consistently so cut a corner with this process. -If you are staying earlier in the week the onsite food is limited as most restaurants on premises dont open until Thursday afternoon. Overall for the price its a better hotel than most in AC…but most hotels in AC are very dated. ..so know going into it that there will be subtle bumps in the road from a service standpoint.

NOBU ATLANTIC CITY WORST
They didn’t clean our rooms for two days! There was a staple in our food. Horrible communication and low staff.

I just want to go home now!
It was a great experience staying here for the first time. Wish I had come when the weather was warmer than it was but everything else was a great experience for me up until now I can't believe this I'm being forced to write about the experience I have had!

Beautiful Hotel.... loved the skyline!
The bed was super comfy! I loved everything about my stay here and so did my puppy. The staff was great and super friendly. The lobby has plenty of eateries, even has a Hell's Kitchen. I will definitely be going back when visit Atlantic City again.
