The rooms are very nice and spacious and service is great. The volleyball game with max was a lot of fun! The resort was very relaxing. I had a great time. I enjoyed the entertainment, the food, and the service. I would highly recommend!!!!!!!

The hotel is great, we've stayed at this location for 5 yrs. My only gripe is the kids were throwing large rocks in the pool to dive for them and if you weren't aware you could step on them in the pool, as I did, so I wasn't too happy about that. Other than that everything has remained the same since 2020.

Good resort. Great location. Tips and info.
We liked this resort. Close to everything. Not expensive for AI so still affordable to eat out around the city. A couple of things to note. Once in your room, if you scan the QR code you can make dinner reservations from there the day of at 7am. You do not need to line up in the morning. That was very convenient. The Shakti Spa, which was amazing, only takes credit cards . The food definitely was more Mexican than any other but everything was fresh, delicious and some of the best food we have ever had. At the Sunset breakfast a la carte my husband was able to ask for exactly what he wanted. Some of the best food we have ever had. Location is great. Close to lots of places to go out for a quick bite , watch sports or have a nice meal. Resort is very compact which was great and the wifi never quit . Worked everywhere and never had to log back in. We never had a problem getting chairs around the rectangular pool. Lots of space. A little confused about if we were allowed to use the adults only pool as we had blue bracelets not orange but was not an issue . Nice big lobby good for pre and post dinner drinks . We found. The beach too rocky for us but there were lots of chairs set up and lots of people took advantage for the water and there was beach service as well. The only drawback, which the hotel has not control over , is the hallway noise . Be respectful. Of other people and how you go about your day/night. With that being said, we would absolutely come back to this hotel . Nolberto Celso, Fausto , Ramon….all great service. Thanks !

May 27, 2025One night stay was all I need to know to not come back
No smoking hotel which is the highlight of the stay. Good adults only part of the pool area. Mini fridge stocked with water, sodas and 2 beers which were a pleasant surprise. The AC wasn’t strong enough, it never went lower than 75 in the room even when AC was set to 60. Also doors seem to be paper thin that I heard everything on the hallway making sleep diffficult. Limited sitting and food selection in Sunset restaurants. Slow service at lunch, quick service at dinner. Limited service at pools. Drinks are limited. No bellini available. Beach access was good. Security was strict with people coming in without a bracelet. Would charge hourly for late check out and even just to enjoy amenities.
