We have visited Breathless three years in a row now. Our concierge Willy is amazing and is the main reason we return. He treats us like family and goes above and beyond each and every time. From the food to the beaches and everything in between excellent experience

Amazing Customer Service!!
Just got back from my 41st bday celebration with my lady. We went for a 5 day 4 night stay. It was my first time staying at breathless as a person that travels often I want to applaud the customer service we received from the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the bellmen and check process was nice and easy. The bed and pillows were comfortable the 24 hour room service options were top notch. We stood in Exhale Club our concierge Emilio was on point we his exceptional service amd making sure all requests were met and making sure on my bday they sang for me at the Hibachi Restaurant. The pool parties were fun and my drinks were coming quick thanks to our pool side server Magalis she was always bubbly and with a smile, she made sure we were well taken care of. I will definitely be back and recommend Breathless to anyone.

You’ll have a great time!
We had an amazing time at Breathless! Joel our concierge was so kind and helped with everything we had questions about! The food was very good, drinks were amazing, and the beach is heaven! Housekeeping kept our room clean and stocked, and we even got a little rose display for our honeymoon! We would definitely recommend Breathless for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Anniversary trip
This was a great experience from beginning to end!…the rooms were clean and well kept everyday and the pillows and bed were awesome…we had a swim up suite, which made our first experience more enjoyable…the staff were all friendly…. The beach was good but the waves coming in made me want to stay by the pool…We met some awesome people and had great food and drinks…Will be back!!

Oct 10, 2024Hyatt has done a FULL 180 to this resort and it's NOT GOOD
This will be quick if you visited this resort in 2018 or before you know how fun and exciting the resort WAS. Now, since the Hyatt is the owner it is a total 180 nothing fun about this resort. We spoke with a lot staff that have been there before the switch and they agree this is totally different resort. That's it if you been here in 2018 or before you will be totally disappointed to go back. This is my first time leaving a review and I travel a lot, so that shows you how disappointed we were.
