50th Birthday Celebration
Breathless did not disappoint. This was my first time in Jamaica. And each staff member that I had the pleasure of interacting with was absolutely amazing. Great place to visit and I can’t wait to book my next trip.

We just wanted what we paid for.
Breathless is a beautiful resort, but we found that we spent most of our time at Secrets. We paid for the VIP experience, but we didn't receive the full benefits of the services as advertised. We didn't meet out Butler until day 3 and only saw him one other time during our stay, we were very jealous of the others in our party, who receive excellent service from their Butler's. Most of the other minor issues would have been addressed if we knew how to get in touch with him to begin with. But with all of that being said, it is an excellent resort the staff that we did interact with were absolutely amazing, we would definitely visit again. And just be aware the bartenders are awesome! Heavy handed pouring but that's what I like.

Caution
So I took a family trip to Breathless Resort on May 22 - 26 and I must say it was amazing. The staff was nice made me and my party of 14 feel welcomed. Star and Kiy were my favorite part of the trip, they were typically by the pool conducting the dance lessons and other fun activities. So now to discuss why I rated this an average experience instead of an excellent one. The specific room I stayed in seemed to have electrical issues. The power cut off on multiple occasions where maintenance would have to be called up to the room to fix it, which was about a 30 min wait each time. I let it go and continued with my trip. Unfortunately my LAST NIGHT at the resort was very inconvenient, the power went out for the whole day. There was no air conditioning, couldn't charge my phone, had to use the flashlight to navigate in the room. Maintenance had to come up to the room multiple times, meanwhile my guest and I are trying to get ready so showering and changing was a hassle because there's a man constantly having to be in the room. I was actually 45 minutes late to a dinner reservation that me and my party had planned and it was just a horrible experience. It's been officially a month today that I've been reaching out to the manager via email with no response. I've called the resort and they informed me that the manager would reach out to me and he never has. I felt it would be fair to be compensated just for that one night because it was far from a pleasant experience, but my concerns has fallen on deaf ears. A lot of money was put into staying here and it isn't fair how management is going about dealing with the concerns of their customers. So i'd just warn you that if there is an issue with this resort you probably will just have to suck it up and accept that you won't even receive communication in regards to any issue you're having. It saddens me because I truly did enjoy the food, the staff, and the overall ambience of this resort. I just don't feel like i'm being treated fairly.
