My friend and I came to breathless for 2 weeks holiday, we loved this as our first trip to Jamaica and cannot wait to come back due to how much we enjoyed our time in Jamaica. Our time here was made 100 times better by the friends we made with the staff especially our girl KAl !! honestly no words for our amazing she is and how much of a pleasure she is to be apart of your team, honestly the best soul we met she made our day every day we seen her, dreaded her days off a friend for life and can't wait to come back to see her and some of the waiting staff like Theo, Nobel, Jamar and the rest of the breakfast staff (can't remember names). Breakfast was also the best meal of the day, food was amazing! We wouldn't of enjoyed if it wasn't for how amazing the staff was, only down side was based on functionalities of the room such as the jets in the hot tub, the tv not working the whole stay, also the phone played up sometimes. We spent a lot of our times at the beach, which we loved! We read online that it was a upbeat resort although the main guests were middle aged couples which made it a little hard to have party days, again the staff made this possible due to simailar ages and vibes loll We will deffo be back:)

Breathless Jamaica
Resort is located 15 minutes away from the airport. resort wasn’t as big as we expected but that was okay as we had access to 2 other properties secrets wild orchid and secrets st James which is a 1 min drive in their golf cart or a 5 min walk in the overpass connecting crossing bridge. So overall you get more than enough and I’ve been to big resorts which I get tired in from walking around this one is perfect not too much walking everything’s close. We upgraded to xhale package which comes with a butler and access to the rooftop which has a restaurant for lunch and dinner a private bar and a wow 360 view of montego bay, it’s amazing and the breeze up here you will not find anywhere else is nice the night view is spectacular. The staff are super nice my bartender Alistair was amazing super friendly and makes your drinks just the way you like them he has an amazing smile and is a great guy. Troy was our evening waiter on the roof top he was amazing great service super super friendly great having a conversation with him, everyone is super friendly and make you feel like at home. If you want to visit Jamaica this is the place don’t forget to go on a bamboo raft experience I had a limestone massage you can’t get that anywhere not like the Jamaicans do it, amazing.

will be going back!
Would highly recommend this resort. The staff was amazing the entertainment made the experience so exciting and fun, the food was great too! Keyon took such great care of our group. West and Shadow were my favorite entertainers and Geino was the best bartender. However all the staff was awesome.

Beware. Bait n switch. Room doesn’t exactly look as shown in the breathless website. Room was not deeply cleaned. Shower glass full of soap scum And water stains. Sheets had a rip. Duvet was flat. Bed was hard. Street noise is loud since your front door is an open hallway. Rolling carts, ppl walking and talking, car horns etc can all be heard in room. Neighboring guest can be heard talking loudly or blasting music. Many areas in the room needed attention to detail. Towels were hard. My room had a joint room door. The guest next to mine was able to open their door and left it open so I can see inside of their room. Meanwhile my door didn’t lock. Big safety issue. Food at breathless was mid. Secrets food was better. This hotel is very expensive for mediocre staff, food, amenities etc. it’s not a four or 5 star hotel in my opinion. I give 2-3 stars. I won’t be back under any circumstances.

Breathless Montego Bay
Roberto was awesome and we can't wait to go back! If you have a chance to visit breathless you should request him as your butler you will not be disappointed! Everybody was outstanding. Staff were super friendly and it was genuine I think Jamaica is one of the happiest places on Earth
