Good but not Amazing.
My stay was good. The food was excellent. The room service means you could have more on it. I ate at 3/4 restaurants. The portion sizes are great for a resort. The silk city Xhale breakfast is mid. The buffet is better. The sushi restaurant is great. (It is closed on Tuesdays). However, our server Daniela was so rude. I couldn’t believe it. It really kind of ruined her last night. The buffet was good and the French restaurant was also pretty tasty. Silk city was also pretty good. The hibachi was very good and a good portion size. The Xhale pool is small but nice. Not sure if it’s worth the upgrade price. The complementary hydrotherapy is only 30 minutes so you only get about 10 minutes in each sauna.

My stay at Breathless Soul, took my breath away!
Breathless Cancun Soul exceeded my expectations.... 10's across the board! My daughter's wedding was magical. The teams attention to detail was nothing short of perfection. The staff provides service and comfort with a smile. They truly love what they do and it shows. The resort is immaculate, stunning and very inviting. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with amazing ocean views. If your planning to visit Cancun, Breathless Soul is an easy YES! :)

May 20 25 trip 🌼
The buffet and à la cart restaurants were a 10. Absolutely delicious! Especially the Italian and French restaurants, and the buffet was so awesome! We love food so this is important to us. With one exception, the Mexican restaurant was subpar compared to everything else. We thought it would be the best out of all the restaurants because it is the home country restaurant. We hoped to experience the best of the culture in that restaurant. It could be elevated with higher quality food and live Mexican music. Drinks at the VIP Bar were excellent, we are so glad that we purchased the allure VIP package. The rest of the property's drinks were subpar, as in the mixes were way too tart or sugary, not high-quality - in all fairness though it is open bar for all so they’re probably cost saving in that way. The entertainment was okay, I really did enjoy the two open dinner barbecue’s they had outside with her themed evening events. Especially the Latin menu the had on Thursday night. One challenge was that the information provided in the app wasn't descriptive enough, nor accurate on the iPad they give you in your room. Ie, there was a great live small band at the pool that we missed because it wasn't listed. Also, it inaccurately showed the buffet being open that was actually closed when we showed up. Things like that. So the iPad and the app they had on it in your room was inaccurate, but if you went directly to the website, it was accurate. But the fact that they do provide an iPad with the app, readily available is a good thought! Going a step above and beyond for sure. The music was a bit of a struggle as it was mainly house, dance, techno. It would be great if they provided more energetic live music/bands, and more diverse music in general that was representative of the folks that actually stay at the resort, so they could enjoy and dance to. Being in Mexico, more Latin/tropical/summer music would have elevated the experience. We did enjoy the low-key singers that they had in the lounge, but it was quite low-key and it would’ve been nice to have had a little bit more energy as an option. The resort itself is lovely, clean, including the hotel, the rooms, the views, the beach, the pools. All extremely beautiful. The only thing to pay attention to the beach is kind of like in a big cove which means it’s not like open ocean splashing up onto the shore like in the Mayan riviera if you know what I mean. But it was still quite lovely and quiet which we really enjoyed. It’s quite a great resort with amazing food and beautiful accommodations. Most resorts have this, there were some timeshare type folks at the front reception, that had a sign that stated VIP concierge. But they only speak to you once and then leave you alone the rest of the time so that was good. They weren’t too pushy which I appreciate. Overall, it felt like a classy, relaxing trip that has amazing food! We had a fantastic time.

Good for some not good for all. Smaller resort. Public beach
Very beautiful resort. On the smaller end if you been to others. Entertainment is mid. Music is mid. Beach is PUBLIC. This is an adults only resort. However the main site seeing area is full of locals and KIDS! Food is good. Breakfast is mid. Next to ferries if your interested in going to isla mujeres. 10 min walk. $32 to go round trip.
