A great place to stay!
After driving around Amarillo dissatisfied with all the hotels we saw, we finally came across this wonderful place. It is easily accessible from Interstate 40, just off exit 73. The woman at the front desk (I believe they said her name is Sandra) was super helpful when we checked in. She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to get a room on the bottom floor, which was great since we had our cats and my mother with us, who is partially disabled. There are a decent number of parking spaces in the lot. There is also an area behind the hotel for moving trucks. We were able to park our Penske that was towing a vehicle in back without an issue. There is a security guard on site during the night, which eased our anxiety about someone messing with our stuff. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are several options for the included breakfast. The woman working the dining area was friendly, and making sure the area was clean/well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Amarillo, especially if you need to park your Uhaul/Penske for the night or if you have pets. I wish every hotel was like this one.

Well worth the visit! Give them a shot!
I will say the checkin process is more than easy. Ms.Sandra absolutely went above and beyond with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. I often deal with rude or careless people when in book hotels. Once again Sandra made my rather long day easy being that this hotel was the only one offering rooms as my semi is being worked on in the shop! 10/10!

Office Manager saved the day
I left a box of food more important jams I had bought. I immediately called Best Western & the lady said she had what I needed and would take it to fedx the next day. Policy is they take it to Fedx then r fedx calls me for info. They forgot. Day 2 they also forgot. As well “Sandra”, the evening front desk, was all but fighting me to b helpful. I already explained the ordeal & to please call a manager. She begrudgingly did. I called her back an hour later (because she didn’t call me) & said they were taking it Wednesday. So Bruce, General Manager, called Wednesday & said there were problems w fedx they denied it. He offered no help. If I called anyone I would have to know how much it weighs. Nope. That might take a couple of days. This is the GM offering no suggestions, ideas just pretty much a no until he could go weigh it somewhere. Extremely frustrated I called back later that afternoon. I got my friends cousin to go get it & mail it to me. Brianna, sweet lady who had been informed of most of my dilemma, answered. Immediately she took possession of the package until Jerry came. She had no idea of the horrible customer service, ridiculous details & apologized immensely. I could not have been more relieved. So thank you, Brianna, OFFICE MANAGER, for stepping in & stepping up to help! These jams were for my 92 year old dad!!! You were a blessing. As well thank you for the kind note included.

Ready and willing to help with a smile.
We actually have been in this hotel twice. Although is not the easiest to get to, we came back because of the service
they provide. The front desk person, Sandra, was very helpful to us. Our needs were met with a friendly smile. If every hotel was that attentive to the customers, there would be a lots of competition!
