Great resort, hospitality, food and fun for our entire family. A special thanks to Catalina our butler for the week. She made us feel welcome and special. The resort had a lot to do for our family of 5 with teens and pre-teens. Lots of pool, beach, and even rainy day activities, evening entertainment, and some great pool time. There was a group celebrating high school graduation which helped keep our similar age kids entertained. Foam party at the adults pool was an experience. Mexican night was very enjoyable with performers and crowd participation. The food was as good as we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Both sit down and casual restaurants were good quality. The steakhouse was incredible and we were entertained by the hibachi grill at Dozo. Nice coffee house on the main lobby that was frequented. The room service was quick. Lots of extra options like smoothie bar, poolside sushi, etc. Breakfast at Casa Cortez was our favorite and better than the buffet in our opinion. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. A few in particular to call out - Alejandro delivering drinks poolside was fun and looked out for everyone. Bryant was a great server at Casa Cortez. And the previously mentioned Catalina. Great trip and resort!

Lobby Bar 10/10
The bar in the lobby was my favorite place to hangout. Alfredo, the bartender, makes top tier 10/10 cocktails. I ordered an espresso martini and it was perfection alongside the beautiful view of the resort from my seat at the bar. My family ordered lather drinks and they were all approved. Make sure to check out if you are visiting.

Great Stay 👌
Excellent hotel, staff was amazing, and the lobby bar was top notch. All the drinks were amazing and Alfredo’s service was top notch. Also, the adult pool was something I discovered later in the trip...i highly recommend going there to get away for a while….

Perfect getaway!
I traveled here for a family vacation and was very impressed by all the staff! My expectation of my stay was just to have a nice room but they went above and beyond my entire stay for me and my family. These staff members were amazing - Christina at La Plaza Restaurant, Lucero at Casa Cortez Restaurant, David at the new Mahika Restaurant, Antonio at Farina E Olio and Santiago at the cabanas. I especially want to thank Laura Avila for her wonderful service!

The people at the Ziva were absolutely amazing. We could t have asked for a better experience. Our butler, Luis Miguel was top notch. So attentive to all of our needs. Thanks Luis Miguel for everything. The food was muy fantastico. The wait staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
