Outstanding Customer Service
Good afternoon Management and Staff! I've been a guest for over 20+ years Unfortunately after some setbacks the past year 5 years I've was blessed to return this past August 20th-22nd. The experience was INCREDIBLE and it all started w/your resvr desk w/lady named Reyna. I hope I got her name right. There were many positive pleasantries but one that stood out w/me was a gentleman named Martin. His caring of his job setting up the umbrellas/tables on the marina side was so cool to witness. The precision he took to make sure every set-up was done to perfection. It's a compliment to management but also Martin for caring about his job. I spoke to him briefly and he said he had only been there less than 2 yrs. Which more incredible. The caring for it's customers even after 5 yrs was still as solid as ever. Great job to all!! Here are few names that must be recognized: Martin, Teresa Rosario (housekeeping) Jason (frt desk) Zofia and Ashley and Maria. Please forgive me for not knowing everyone's depts. However, I firmly believe everyone should be thanked for doing their share of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guarantee that we will be back next September and looking forward of starting new memories as I did in the past. Until then continued blessings, prayers and successes at the Bahia Resort Hotel. We stayed at the Bahia Resort 9/10-9/13/21 We stayed in a “bungalow” on the private beach/bay. The staff was very nice. The grounds were nice as well. Our room/bungalow smelled musty and dank. The A/C was an old wall unit that was loud and made it difficult to sleep … we could not leave the window/slider open as the room next door had their A/C running and it was also very loud and audible from our room. The room was clean (aside from the musty smell) but the closet door was difficult to open and close. We were not told in advance that due to COVID, there was no daily housekeeping, so you have to take out your own trash and ask for fresh towels. The chaise lounges on our patio were trashed. There was some sort of plastic fencing balled up and left on our patio. We ate breakfast at the hotel 2 mornings: first morning at the Airstream food truck, I ordered an egg sandwich ($9.00) the egg was precooked in a strange shape and microwaved ( NOT GOOD AT ALL). Second morning tried the hotel restaurant, ordered oatmeal & 2 eggs scrambled ... IT TOOK MORE THAN 1 hour to get my breakfast. That was a real drag… we ended our stay 1 day early because we were not enjoying our time at the Bahia. This hotel needs quite a bit of renovation and upkeep. Sorry to have experienced this… a bummer…
Our Favorite Getaway!
Another wonderful trip to our favorite getaway resort! The staff is all so accommodating, grounds are just like being in Hawaii and our Bay Front room is as close as you can get to the sand. Can’t wait to go back, hmm, maybe in October! Thank You Bahia Resort for a little slice of heaven!
If I could give 10 stars I would and I haven’t even checked in yet !! Leaving a different 4 star hotel that had terrible service and Diante was amazing with helping me with my reservation,got me super excited about my stay at the property! Can’t wait to check in tomorrow.

Had the most amazing customer service when I called to book my trip with Diante who answered all my (admittedly many) questions about the resort and fees. He also upgraded my stay! Thank you Diante! What a wonderful way to start my trip :)
