    Best sunny vacation in years!

Wonderful resort and even better staff! Would highly recommend this resort. Food was fantastic and plentiful. We will be returning to see the friends (staff) that we met there, esp. Eglaydy, Sugar Daddy, Sugar Pastor, Rocio and Fernando. Don't want to leave out the entertainment staff, they are the best. Food was fantastic!

    See you again

After changing hotels from the Grand Sirenis to this one our holiday became a holiday.Rooftop terrace room with jacuzzi was very nice.Spacious and got the sun most of the day.Beach was nice and tidy and easy to get there on the shuttles that run from 7am until 2am,a bit rocky to get into in some places so rock shoes would be helpful, very nice down the infinity pool area with a lovely restaurant also. Tricky to get Al acarte but Camilla on Concierge managed to help us out.Faustino at the breakfast buffet was brilliant. Isasbela from concierge was very nice and arranged little surprises in our room for us and Rodrigo was top notch, very helpful, friendly and informative. Definitely going back again as everyone went out of there way to make our stay one to remember. Thank you to you all.

    Beautiful and great location

Very nice location and great service overall. The staff was excellent and very friendly. No issues with check in and all our requests were met with great service. On that note I would like to mention a few names related to guest services: Isabel and Rodrigo. Both excellent and very friendly who went beyond and asked for feedback about the resort. Great job! About the resort, needs a little refresher for the rooms but quite acceptable regardless. There are 3 pools however the middle one really serves for the birds..loll. I would recommend adjoining the middle one to one of the other pools. Restaurants a la carte were overall very good except the Gourmet which was served a little cold due to lack of personnel. As for getting to and from the other resorts within the complex let’s just say carts are an issue. They have specific routes however on more than one occasion we had to wait over the 15min mark and empty carts went by. For Luxury members staying at Sian Ka’an, there should be more dedicated carts for sure. Overall 4, quite nice

I'm all ready to come back!

We were a party of eight and we had a wonderful time. I am somebody with mobility issues and travel with a electric wheelchair and from start to finish the resort paid close attention to my needs and Armando with customer service concierge service in the lobby was fantastic. He went above and beyond organizing special birthday dinners, transportation, making sure everything in our room was exactly what we required. We enjoyed Anna la carte meals. The cenote 24-hour restaurant was a fantastic place for breakfast and lunch. We really enjoyed their eggs. Benedict and their chicken strips were really lovely. The entertainment staff really focused on creating such a good environment for everybody involved.

    Awesome overall, avoid a-la-carte restaurants

Great overall experience, would recommend. Pros: Access to all 4 resorts gives a ton of options and activities. You definitely won't be bored Buffet has lots of options, each resort also has different selections if you want to switch it up Service is amazing all around, everyone is so friendly and helpful Pools are very well maintained, tons of options in lots of different areas PGA golf course is right beside sian ka'an and prices are discounted (~40% off) for hotel residents! Cons: A la carte restaurants are pre-booked for you automatically, they didn't tell us when we arrived and we were almost charged for a no show. It is also near impossible to change your reservations if you don't like your current one, they are always booked out. Finally the food isn't very good at the a la carte restaurants, at least the 4 we went to, we did japanese, teppanyaki, french, and italian. You might have a better time with the seafood or mexican restaurants (if you get a reservation) Sian Ka'an demographic skews older so was not as lively compared to the other resorts. Had to download like 3 different apps just to figure out how to get around and book dinners TLDR; Awesome overall, just cancel the a-la-carte reservations as they are not worth the hassle
