Favorite Hotel in Vail
We have been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints . However we recently moved out of Colorado and hadn’t been to Vail in several years. We decided to spend spring break in Vail and I booked the Austria Haus. I love love this adorable and quaint hotel. It’s in the perfect location in vail village. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. My 3 children told me next time we are in Vail they want to stay here. I agree with them. I really appreciate how the staff treated my kids. They especially loved Dave and how nice he was to them. Thank you for giving my family such a wonderful time.
Beautiful, Romantic Hotel
We came here for our 25th Anniversary, and had a wonderful time. Everything was fantastic: the location, the beautiful room, breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary ski check at the gondola was very convenient. I can't imagine a better place to spend a ski vacation than the Austria Haus. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.
This sweet hotel was a delight. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the heated floors were dreamy! We also had a fireplace. It was the perfect set up for us. Breakfast was a traditional European breakfast with the additions of waffles and omelets one morning. The workout room was sufficient and you had the option to go to Vail Lodge and use their facilities. We used the free spa services available at the lodge (whirlpool, sauna, and steam room). The service was very good and the location was great. It's a bit pricey but everything is in Vail!
Perfect location hosted by excellent staff
Austria Haus is a wonderful hotel, centrally located to enjoy Vail. The complimentary breakfasr was perfect, valet parking made it easy access. All of the staff were courteous, friendly and went above the call to ensure your stay was awesome. Our 2 bedroom unit faced the gorgeous mountain and overlooked a stream. We could walk out of the front entrance walk or jump on the free bus. I highly recommend staying at The Austria Haus.
Located 1/2 a block from covered bridge and Ski museum. Super clean with very attentive concierge staff. Super breakfast provided that I'm still having withdrawals symptoms from. Close to Betty Ford botanical gardens.
