Outstanding!
We discovered Austria Haus because we are loyal to Hyatt and wanted a Vail Village experience. We stayed here for a few weeks in June and loved every minute of our stay. The front desk, concierge team, breakfast crew and housekeeping staff are all top notch. The valet and maintenance crew were on top of it. They take care of all the clients staying in the 25 hotel rooms and the 18 condominiums. This place is well staffed and all seem happy to work here. Since our stay was extended, we chose a junior suite to have a little extra room. It was well equipped and comfy. We had two sinks a shower stall and separate tub and even a fireplace that we used in early June. Not all rooms have these items so ask if you this is important to you. You never know what to expect when a hotel offers free breakfast but this was beyond all expectations. The bagels were from a local business and terrific. My husband made himself a waffle many mornings. I loaded up on protein with cottage cheese and daily egg choice. Wednesday is omelette day so do not miss that! There were meat and cheese options as well as fruit. Excellent pastries too as well as yogurt and cereal. I loved having iced coffee as an option. We ate breakfast there every day and never grew tired of it. Coffee is available all day long and there is a Keurig in each room. The pool and spa overlooking Gore Creek is worth the stay all by itself. There is something always going on in the Village. We experienced the Go Pro games, Sunday Farmers Market and live music. This hotel is very family friendly as the condos, which are fractionally owned, attract families. We very much appreciated the no cell phone use in the dining room and library. We could not be more pleased with our experience. The entire team should be very proud of themselves!

Excellent all around
Outstanding customer service, nice and cozy accommodations, great central location in Vail Village. My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our anniversary. It was an excellent stay, with amazing customer service, especially by Paul. He was so friendly, professional, accommodating, and hospitable during our stay and went out of his way to make sure an item left behind was found and shipped back to us. The only two things that took away from our stay was the $60 nightly parking fee that was unexpected (guess I didn't read the fine print), and the constant advertisement for gratuity. Outside of that, it was fantastic overall and I highly recommend it!

The best in Vail!
You cant beat the Austria Haus! The location Is absolutely perfect with immediate access to the village and a pool deck that overlooks the river. Everything from the breakfast, to the lounges, to the services was top tier. The room was spacious and clean and made us feel comfortable and truly at home. What stood out to us was the superior hospitality we experienced from the moment we arrived. Paul and the team went out of their way to welcome us like friends and make our experience memorable and luxurious. I can’t say thank you enough! Austria Haus has earned loyal guests for life out of us.
