    Abby Shin is the BEST!

We just spent the last weekend at Atlantis arranged by my host Abby Shin. Abby is always so accommodating, helpful and professional. She truly goes the extra mile when making our arrangements. My husband and I enjoyed the Social Hour at Bistro Napa. The food and drinks were amazing! All of the staff at the Atlantis are always so friendly and helpful!! We love staying in the Concierge rooms and going up to the Concierge lounge for the spectacular view and service!! We can't wait to come back!!

    Holiday Ball and More!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa! Always our favorite and only place to stay in Reno. We were invited to the annual Holiday Ball and it was fabulous! We both agreed that it was the best dinner we have had at a large function, a wonderful steak dinner with over the top desserts! I want to personally thank our VIP host Menchie Espiritu (the best host there!) for taking such good care of us! We always have a beautiful suite to stay in, concierge tower amenities, and the occasional late night venti coffee latte! Thank you Menchie for always going above and beyond! Blessed, we are truly blessed! We will be back for Mother's Day weekend! Shout out to the concierge girls, Hedda and Maria, and favorite bellman Troy! Everyone at the Atlantis treats us like family, see you soon!

    Atlantis is #1

I have been to Atlantis many times and I have never had a bad experience. From hotel, to casino, to restaurants all of them are 5 star in my opinion. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Casino is also clean, employees are friendly and truly look like they enjoy working there. Restaurants are all excellent and I've never had a bad meal there. Also, ample parking! Executive casino host Adriana Neri will always make sure your every need is taken care of.

    Best Hosts, Best Service

My recent trip to Atlantis Reno during NYE was incredible. My NYE plans at home were cancelled 24 hours before the ball drop. I called my amazing hosts Jesse Hughes and Menchie Espiritu and I was in Reno in less than 12 hours. Jesse and Menchie made sure I had accommodations despite trying to book on one of the busiest nights of the year. Thank you Jesse and Menchie. Will see you soon.

    Worst Poker Supervisor

Played in a poker tournament and I have to say, the supervisor of the room was one of the most unwelcoming person I've come in contact with. Christina is her name i believe. I've played many tournaments over the years and this was the least fun.
