    Beautiful hotel wonderful location uncomfortable bed

    Room had outdated old carpet and uncomfortable beds. Curtains and walls needed a good washing. Appreciated the washer dryer and large fridge. Beautiful wood furniture. Wish they would repaint and change the floors and mattress. Balcony garden view was beautiful. Looks like all rooms have a good view of the garden or ocean. Happy to have the second floor with a toddler. Ground floor rooms opened right out to the gardens, Both pools were incredible just the right temperature with beautiful gardens all around. The ocean and a beautiful sandy beach was just below the pool gate. A good vibe with live music at night and boogie boards to rent. Great location Price was way too high for the quality of sleep. Looks like one tower was getting renovated May 2023

    Outdated/ Needs Deep cleaning

    Dining area smelled like vomit. Carpet needs shampoo. Housekeeping needs improvement. Bathrooms needs better cleaning. Stove/ oven dirty/greasy. Housekeeping manager needs to do a better job at supervision.

    Great Save

    Originally checked in to King Ocean View room which barely qualified as Partial Ocean view. Make sure to try to get room closer to ocean or straight on. 1st room also older and laid out poorly. 2nd room just like the hotel pics- lovely and wonderful. Warning though- beds are hard.

    Great Stay!

    My wife and I had a great stay, the hotel is in a great location and has great on-site amenities with multiple pools, spas, a bar/restaurant, shops, and stand for beach gear rentals. Rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.

    Great vacation

    This a great vacation spot for family. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean, and have everything you need. Location is awesome. Plenty of activities for kids. We had no problems. Prices are affordable.
