Great people
Jennifer at the front desk went above and beyond and her enthusiasm was contagious. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely intelligent as she helped us understand all the details about the property. Tim at the pool was also very sweet, and it is wonderful to see that you hire such a diverse staff. Due to Jennifer and Tim we will be coming back as they made our stay one of a kind and special.

Love the resort! Beds were terrible 😞
Overall the resorts was great! The staff was amazing! I came in on business and then stayed a week to relax. The mattress were horrible each night we woke up in severe pain. Luckily the hot tubs helped with the pain. Online it says the water Park is open until 10PM, but it closed at 5PM each night. Also the cost of the food was a little much. One night I got fries and something to drink and paid $30. So for the two of us the minimum amount was at least $70 and that was not for an amazing meal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing!

Nice rooms, dated property, be prepared to walk
This property has over 700 rooms, which are scattered amongst a number of buildings, surrounding a number of pools and a water park. I'm guessing the property was built in the 70s or 80s and has the thick stucco walls, wrought iron railings of that Era. Very confusing layout, in my opinion, and lots of walking involved. Rooms were updated and very nice but there were a number of issues, leaks, smells, etc. I wouldn't stay here again. Convention hotel vibe.
