Came in earlier than check in time, having in mind that it will be a charge for early access, they didn’t have rooms availables due of “weekend” the front desk guy in the early morning (4am) told my husband and me that the extra charge will be $20 if we wait it until 11am and we came back around the time and another front desk said it will be $50 They were not willing to honor the $20 that the prior front desk said and they were not welcoming to us as guests! The guy in the early morning was really nice, he opened the bathroom for us, his customer service skills were on point!

May 28, 2025Wonderful Weekend Stay
We stayed on the 5th floor in a king suite, the rooms were so spacious, and we could barely hear any of the construction noise, and it was never too early. The location was great for disneyland: we took ubers back and forth and it was 10 min each way. I left my earrings in the room and called after I flew home and Somaya mailed them back to me! This hotel was perfect for a quick weekend stay at an affordable price!

Great SNA or Disneyland Option
Great option convenient to SNA and Disneyland. We stayed in a King room, 1125. The room had a separate living area from the bedroom. There was ample storage between both rooms, with a pull out couch, desk, large TV, mini fridge, and coffee corner in the living room. French doors separated the living room and bedroom. The bedroom had a standard dresser, two side tables, and King bed. I slept really well, the bed was medium-firm and there was no outside noise as we slept. The bathroom connected to the bedroom with a separate sink area to allow two people to get ready at the same time in the mornings. The closet had a full length mirror, with a second full length mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with decent water pressure and temperature range. There was a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, but no microwave in the room. The hotel did provide communal microwaves on specific floors if you need one. This hotel is located within steps of the ART bus stop. We used the ART to get to Disneyland within 15 minutes for far less than the cost of a rideshare. It’s great public transportation! This hotel is very convenient to SNA, and the EVE transportation is available at a low rate from SNA to this hotel also, however we did not use that shuttle service ourselves. I booked this room at an amazing rate, so I feel like it had high value for cost, location, and room quality. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Apr 29, 2025Our rooms were robbed while away
Our rooms were robbed while we were away. The more I research the more I hear this is a continuation of other robberies. Yet the night manager still works there. Interesting! We weren’t even reimbursed told no cameras are in the hotel. Way more to this story and the police have records of this as well. Stay away as you maybe the best victim and the hotel has not responded once to any of our inquires since we left our trip back in October. . Should be zero stars!

Dated hotel with old rooms in dire need of a remodel. If it hadn’t been so late in the evening when I arrived, I would have switched hotels. I was put in a non-smoking suite and it reeked of marijuana. Ate breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and the buffet was so generic. The bacon tasted like cardboard, the potatoes were like fast food. Just don’t stay here.
