The resort’s spacious suites are distinguished by high ceilings and large decks or patios. The experience of staying at Alexandra Resort is a unique one. Resort amenities include a large lagoon-style swimming pool, five restaurants, a spa, 24-hour front desk, an exercise room, non-motorized water sports, bicycles and Wi-Fi property wide. The all-inclusive program features the stay at one, play at two experience with Alexandra Resort’s sister resort, Blue Haven. Together they feature seven restaurants, six bars, two spas, a kids club, complimentary shuttle and dine around.

We've had the pleasure of staying at numerous resorts worldwide, and the Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos ranks among our top three favorites. The staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our garden studio was spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer, and our mini fridge was always stocked with beer, pop, and extra water. The resort's grounds were immaculately maintained, with stunning landscaping. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with standout experiences at the Coconut Bar (best staff and drinks), Dragon Orchid (sushi lovers, rejoice!), Fish Deck (Beautiful sunset views), Black Rock Grill (Great steaks cooked on a sizzling stone), Turquoise Grill (The best cheeseburgers and fries and they’re open late!), and the food truck (great mac-n-cheese, skewers, and jerk fish quesadilla). Shoutouts to Leo, Sky, and Wilkins at the coconut bar for their top-notch service! We appreciated the resort's flexibility, including refilling our stainless-steel cups without issue. The beach was truly breathtaking – soft sand, crystal-clear blue water, and a picturesque backdrop. Honestly, the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! Amenities like a trampoline, swing bar, and attentive beach staff made it a haven for kids and adults alike. Loungers were plentiful on the beach, and you could snag one at any time – no early morning stakeouts required. The pool was also a highlight, with plenty of floaties and a swim-up bar serving up refreshing drinks. We took the shuttle to sister resort Blue Haven, which had a fantastic pool and pool bar serving tasty eats and drinks. While it was more modern than the Alexandra, the beach didn't live up to the beach at the Alexandra. What impressed us most was the seamless experience – no long waits, they had everything we needed, and a staff that went above and beyond. We're already planning our return trip to this incredible resort. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience with staff!
The Alexandra Resort is beautiful! The people is what made the experience, the staff was amazing, as well as others visiting. Denicka at the activities desk was so personable, and Chef Micheal from Fish desk was truly outstanding, assuring my families meal was as delicious as anticipated. And also, on Easter Sunday while he was making rice outside of ASU, his people skills and entertainment ability shined through, he is so enthusiastic with guests! I would recommend anyone to come visit the Alexandra resort, and when you do say hi to my friends Denicka and Michael

Great place to stay
Great customer service. The hotel and its venues were very clean. Nathaly Jimenez (bar) and Andres Arteaga (restaurant) are excellent people. They were always ready to help. Food was wonderful. They should have a better distribution systems for the beach towels and beach chairs. We can’t wait to go back

Our Third Vacation @ The Alexandra Resort Exceeded Our Expectations!
It will be your choice to stay at an all inclusive resort on Provo. Most vacationeers choose not to on this island. It certainly was our choice again. My 5th time on Provo. (2X at Beaches previously) That being said…..we have no regrets on our end to have all meals cooked for us, rooms cleaned daily, top shelf drinks served with perfection with a smile at stunning Grace Bay Beach to enjoy from sun up to sun down.. No taxis or trying to drive after drinking. No schedules or off resort reservations to stress about. This was my third return trip to the Alexandra Resort in the past 3 years staying with best friends each visit. The guests who choose to bash, degrade and criticize this place for whatever reason makes me sad. I’m a seasoned traveler for over 50;years visiting all inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. Every resort has its own vibe so be open minded first and foremost. The Alexandra Resort was more than amazing again this visit. Everyone has their own opinions on food quality, so just keep your opinions to yourself. I’m the pickiest of all (vegan/pescatarian) and I found the food to be outstanding. No complaints here. If you don’t want something or want to add something to your meal, just ask as we did and the staff accommodated our requests. Food again is a personal preference. Housekeepers Rose and Sharon were spot on. Rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. Our mini bar man kept our refrigerator stocked as requested. He brought us cases of bottled water daily. Appreciate this service. The beach is the best of the best. So relish this opportunity to be on a top 10 beach in the world. The staff could not have been more customer service attentive to us for 8 days. FORTY on the beach deserves accolades for being attentive, spot on to assist when and where needed and most of all super friendly and accommodating to your needs. Miss you FORTY !! Hope to see you again one day. Seek him out… you will be glad you did. Tell him Gina from Delaware says hello. He will take care of your beach chair set up daily. Kudos to the staff who made an impression during our stay- The talented activities team ( so much fun and endless energy). Skyler and Trish bartenders, Chama, Milan, Jonathon , Sudion, and Andreana. WILKINS & THERMINA ARE THE RESORT STARS! with top notch costumer service. In conclusion, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful making our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We had an absolutely wonderful stay AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO PRICILLA CORDERO RODRIGUEZ. You are an amazing guest services manager extraordinaire!!!!! A million thank you’s from Gina and Dianne XOXO We will never forget what you did for us!!!!💗💗💗💗 At Blue Haven , the sister resort, we loved our dinner at Fire and Ice and a day at the pool and beach there. Despite the rain, we had a great time. Shuttle was quick to and from. This island was on my friend’s bucket list destination. Along with that came her 4 first time experiences…. Singing fun karaoke, kayaking, sailing on a hobie cat and parasailing. All unforgettable experiences of a life time. You will not regret booking this resort. Take care of the staff who work hard and tirelessly in the hot Provo sun! I will return. Date to be determined. Can’t wait! You won’t regret staying at the all inclusive ALEXANDRA RESORT !!!

Alexandra resort is a very lovely family friendly resort. The food was delicious, especially the jerk chicken at lunch time. The beach was beautiful and we were lucky to have good weather for the duration of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would love a little more of a night life, that would give the extra Star. Overall, great stay.
