    Wow what a great place

An overnight trip to get away and wow it really did the job. We felt like we actually got away. While all covid protocol was in place and made you feel comfortable; you did not get the feeling that there was a pandemic at all besides seeing people in mask. From the minute you walked in you felt important and welcome like you were the only guest there. The attention to detail was superb. The hotel is gorgeous and an incredible place to explore with all the sitting rooms that made you feel you were at someone’s expensive home. The decor was both classic and modern and made me want to go home and redecorate. The huge king beds and crisp white sheets were magnificent. The Spa was the best I have experienced. Top of the line facilities and omg the masseuse were the best I have ever had. The roof top pool was very inviting and very spacious for a downtown rooftop. Views of the city, the layout of the cabanas and chairs made you feel like you were not at a public place. The food was amazing too along with the service. Every area of the hotels staff made you feel so comfortable, not stuffy, rather “we are so glad you are here “ it was my daughters birthday and I mentioned it to the front office prior to arriving and they went out on their own and put decorations in the room upon arrival. It was way above and beyond. I not only will go back here, I will recommend it to all. The beautiful decor of the lobby and all areas were pristine and truly made you feel you were away from the worries of the world. Other hotels I have stayed at this summer there was a Big presence of the effects of covid, but not here. Kudos to The Adolphus for following guidelines without making you feel like there is a pandemic. I will return.

This hotel is beautiful and has great style. The location is also central to being able to walk to a ton of restaurants and things to do and shopping. The staff are all very inviting and helpful. The breakfast is to die for a quick bite!

    Fantastic Extended stay

I've stayed at the Adolphus for the past 2 months on business. The staff has been incredible during my stay. They are very personable and accomodating. Although the menu has been limted during my stay, everything on the menu has been great! I want to give a special thanks to Nick, Jason and Samantha. They've become my friends during my time here and I look forward to seeing them on my return visits.

    Very cool hotel!

I love the autograph collection that marriott has rolled out, it makes it fun to stay in a hotel that we otherwise wouldn't! We are very loyal to Marriott, so having options other than the standard is nice. Upon check in, we were being helped by a young lady who was very preoccupied - the hotel had 2 weddings going on that night alone, and she was flustered. She apologized for the waiting, and gave us 2 drink coupons which was nice. Once we got up to our room, there were occupants already there - so that was extremely frustrating. After going back to the front desk, we were given 4 more drink coupons, and credited 10,000 points to our account. That's half of a stay in most hotels, so I couldn't complain there. Over all, the hotel was super charming and had a GREAT location! It was a short uber ride away from basically anywhere you wanted to go in Dallas! Room was clean, staff was very polite! Elevators were kind of weird, but it is an older hotel so I guess that was part of the charm!

    Best Staycation Ever!

It's rare to have a perfect experience.. especially during these unpredictable times. Remodel reminded me of a fabulous Nashville boutique hotel and I was so happy to see that the original charm remained including the beautiful escalators. Safety was a priority for the staff as well as customer relations and service. Everyone from Mickaela to Jason at the pool were constantly going above and beyond... Mickaela offered amazing suggestions for dinner and spa treatments... Jason made our pool day a true resort experience. (I never thought of The Adolphus as a resort but I do now!) No need to leave for food as we could have tried everything on the pool bar menu! We will be back for sure.
