    Great service all around

One of the few places where every staff member was extremely nice. My key had been lost (by myself) but the team helped a lot. Lincoln in particular was very helpful and warm. Great service all around. Not much more that you could ask for. They did a great job building the team

    Great service!

Tim at the front desk is phenomenal! He went very far out of his way to anticipate an issue we had and solve it. I asked for a rollaway, and he said “I’ll do you one better, how about a new room with two beds?” Rarely experienced service like that. Thanks Tim!

    Adolphus for the win!

I booked Adolphus last minute for a business trip to Dallas and thought it was fantastic. Even though I reserved the day I was arriving I think I paid a really fair price. The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby bar, restaurant and coffee shop are all top notch and upscale. The staff all super friendly and helpful. The Adolphus has everything you need inside but it's also within walking distance to a cool local gourmet food court and drug store. The roof top pool was relaxing and had food and snacks and bar service. Two things to note that I thought were exceptional. They have extensive gluten free options at the hotel. The restaurant has gluten free bread, pasta and cake(!) and even the coffee shop has a gluten free snack section. The second thing thats amazing is the valet. I had a rental car and had to leave multiple times a day for meetings and that valet stand runs a tight ship. They actually run to get your car and were always so welcoming. Unusual perfect service in that area for a Dallas hotel.

A gem in the heart of Downtown Dallas

Wow... that’s all I can say! If I could give this hotel 10,000 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I stepped out of my Uber, the experience was top-notch. The friendly bellmen and valet greeted me with warm smiles, holding the door open as the delightful scent wafted through the lobby—seriously, where do they get that fragrance? I wish I could take it home! The staff is professional and upscale without being stuffy or presumptuous. Their understated Southern hospitality is truly an art form. During my stay, I enjoyed two meals here—lunch and dinner—at different venues, and both were accompanied by outstanding service. I have to give a special shout-out to Johnny at the lobby bar. Despite the crowd, he ensured we were taken care of. He suggested we sit a bit further across the lobby, brought our drinks to our seats, and delivered our to-go order in just minutes. His kindness and attentiveness made the experience even more memorable. I was blessed to stay in the presidential suite, room 2301, and HOLY COW! The palatial size of this suite is incredible. With three bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a giant sofa in the living room, it truly feels like a home away from home. However, nothing compares to the epic tub in the master bathroom—it's the ultimate indulgence. This room is THE BEST I have ever stayed in. The sheets were crisp, the pillows soft, and the mattress was just firm enough for a perfect night’s sleep. We had four bathrobes and four pairs of slippers between the two of us, which made lounging around a delight. The bulk bath products in the showers were environmentally conscious while still feeling luxurious, with yet another amazing scent to enjoy. Each room is equipped with a TV capable of streaming your favorite services, so you feel right at home while being pampered. I just checked out an hour ago, and I already want to go back! I can't recommend this hotel enough—it's an absolute gem!

Opulence fit for royalty with a stellar F&B program

From the moment we stepped out of the car and were greeted, to the moment our bags were placed back in the car and we were wished a safe journey home, this visit was sheer perfection. Welcoming check in, beautifully appointed rooms, the coziest robes of any hotel robes anywhere on this planet (from a self proclaimed robe connoisseur), and the softest towels…every little detail adds to the opulence and luxury. The food? I’d eat here every day if I could. Johnny at the lobby bar mixes a mean martini and the hummus had deliciously crispy chickpeas. We can’t wait to return! It was good enough for the King and Queen to stay and we concur!
