    Wonderful Wedding Staff

I got married here recently and the staff was just amazing. In particular, our coordinator Avery and our wedding butler Augustine were absolutely phenomenal. I would strongly recommend the Adolphus as a wedding venue!

    Fantastic Hotel!

I attended a Christmas party and stayed the night in the Adolphus, in December of 2019. The hotel is beautiful and check-in was super efficient, from dropping off the car with the valet crew to getting keys from the front desk. I highly recommend visiting Cosmo at the bar, he is a true mixologist.

    Excellent Hotel with Lovely Staff

Booked a stay for a family celebration. Accomodations were fantastic on every level possible. My family had to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak, however, the concert they were to attend is postponed, so they will be traveling to Dallas and staying at the Adolphus when it is rescheduled. The staff was incredibly accomodating and the Concierge, Whitney, helped me plan the event so that it was one that was truly a celebration of 50 years of marriage. Thank you so much.

    NCA

We stayed at the Adolphus for NCA’s last week. Great hotel overall. I travel quite a bit for business and the character & customer service Is excellent here. Everyone tried to help if there is a need and the attitude if everyone I dealt with employed by the hotel is great. 2 small downsides. The Valet was not great if you’re parking. I think a lot has to do with the employee running the valet stand, not the valets themselves. I waited almost an hour for my car the first time and asked her 3 different times what the wait was. I finally went to an actual valet driver because I was pretty sure she had messed something up and sure enough she had pulled the wrong key but never checked it on any of the 3 occasions I went back to her. The next time it took 35 minutes. After tent I just went straight to the Valet drivers rather than call to the stand. Second is the cost of room service. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but by the time they add delivery & all the surcharges breakfast can be $50 - $60 for just a few eggs, toast, and coffee. Luckily the downstairs restaurant and sitting areas are very nice so if you are there for enjoyment and are not pressed for time it’s a great atmosphere and the price becomes more reasonable. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in the midst of many cookie cutter national brands. If you’re there for work and are looking for everything to be fast and efficient this may not be the first choice. However, if you are integrating the hotel as part of your experience in Dallas it’s hard to beat.

    A Dallas Gem

We loved staying at The Adolphus. Great location and the staff was very professional, helpful and polite. The design of the hotel’s reception and lobby was elegant, warm, welcoming and dynamic. The Concierge, Whitney Dawn Gochinas, was extremely helpful, enthusiastic and friendly: she was a true Ambassador for The Adolphus and Dallas. We would not hesitate to recommend The Adolphus and we would definitely stay there again.
