No hot tub
I wrote this review so people know they renovated away the hot tub, which comes up often in photos. The bar/restaurant is a fine but pricey place to spend your $20 food and beverage credit. The train will pass by in the morning around 6:30.

Would stay again.
Very clean. Close to town. Nice staff. Would stay there again. We easily walked to downtown. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit after dinner. Nice touch. Very easy access to everything downtown

Fantastic Stay! Super friendly staff!
We completely enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport. The common areas are fresh, well maintained as is the entire facility. Easy parking, great amenities, comfortable beds, pillows, towels, great shower/shampoo products--a cut above most chain hotel rooms. Above all, every one on the staff here went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Sonia, at the front desk was excellent--superior customer service. Jenn at the bar, was fantastic and fun. The host in the breakfast area was a ray of sunshine. We've never felt so at home at any other hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful Inn while visiting Freeport.

Great location and easy parking!
Second stay here and will return. Excellent location as you can walk into town and to Bow Street Market. The rooms and lobby are very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ask for a room away from the indoor pool (kids were loud in pool before 8:30 am) and away from the train tracks (even though the Amtrak train isn’t that loud or long, it was a little annoying).

Bed Head
Decent rooms and a great location fairly close to everything Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Be advised it is right beside the Amtrak rail which makes 10 trips per day. Our room was about 20 feet from the track but neither the late nor the early train passing woke us.
