Hotel overview
Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has changed names a few times in its history, but it’s that history that makes the place so special. From 1969 through 1976, Elvis Presley lived and performed here, and you’ll even come across employees who can still tell stories of the time they met Elvis. In 2015, Westgate Las Vegas partnered with Graceland to open the only Graceland exhibition outside of Memphis. The 28,000 sq. ft. “Graceland Presents Elvis: The Exhibition” is a must see for history fans and music lovers.
Since taking over the property in July 2014, Westgate Resorts has poured $100 million into renovation projects around the historic venue. Those projects have enhanced room accommodations, fully rebuilt the pool deck (with 19 new cabanas and 10 new daybeds), added new restaurants and bars, and created new entertainment partnerships. The amenities are for your comfort and relaxation, but you’re never far from all that Las Vegas has to offer as Westgate Las Vegas has an on-site Monorail station for convenient access up and down the famous Las Vegas Strip.
Back at Westgate Las Vegas, you can try your luck on 75,000 sq. ft. worth of table games and slot machines, where one lucky winner took home an $11 million jackpot in March. If sports are your thing, Westgate Las Vegas features the world’s largest race and sports book and hosts a free Football Central viewing party in the International Showroom each and every Sunday. For culinary diversions, options include the world-famous (and world’s largest) Benihana, home style cooking at Sid’s Café and award winning steaks at the new Edge Steakhouse. You’ll also find Pizza Hut, an ice cream shop and coffee shops featuring Starbucks and Seattle’s Best.
Westgate Resorts focuses on making lasting memories for you, your family and your friends. Make plans to visit the newest addition to their resort portfolio in Las Vegas and get ready for your next adventure!

Still A Great Vacation Destination
We came here this year for our thirty- year wedding anniversary. We became timeshare owners at Westgate in 2006 because the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are furnished in a modern contemporary way. They are clean, comfortable, and roomy. We have a 4 bedroom that we upgraded to when we went to Vegas for the first time in 2020. The Vegas resort is their crown jewel and it is every bit that. I judge every place I go to by the cleanliness of their restrooms and the Westgate resorts restrooms are top-notch from one location to the next. The resort has many things to do while you are on the resort grounds and they provide free shuttle service to and from nearby venues. If I could change one thing that is a sore sticking point with me it would be the hours of the fitness center which are currently a depressing 6am - 6pm. REALLY? We hail from the east coast and we are all fitness nuts, my wife, son, and daughter. I would have expected the hours to change from the last time I was here and complained about it but they have not as of this review. It has now been 5 years since I upgraded my timeshare to Las Vegas. I hope I don't have to wait much longer. I also miss the all-you-can-eat buffet that they have/ had, but it has only been opened on weekends. I don't know if it is open any longer but the food was great. They have other great four our five star restaurants that you can eat at if you like. They also have at least one 24- hour bistro spot and convenience store across from each other. I don't gamble much but they have a nice compliment of slots and gaming tables on the casino floor. I sat around the sports book area for a while and was impressed. There is so much to do in Vegas that you cannot do it all in a week. You have to pace yourself, have a plan, and listen to recommendations by others about things to do, eat, and places to go. I had a great conversation with one of their knowledgeable security personnel. It was refreshing to speak with someone on Westgate's staff that could tell you more about the resort and Vegas.

We Loved Our Stay at Westgate Resort
Westgate hotel is a nice place to stay for a Vegas vacation. It has a monorail station on the premises which makes for a quick trip to many resorts on the strip. The hotel fees were reasonable compared to other hotels. We would stay here again. I want to give a special recognition to Valerie, who is a Westgate Resort team member who took the time to make us feel especially welcomed. She took the time to show us some special and historical places in the hotel entertainment area.

Love it @ WESTGATE LAS VEGAS!!
This is a great hotel. Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The casino is conveniently located. The pool is SUPER!! Be sure to rent a Cabana at least 1 day!! You will be glad you did! There are restaurants in the hotel, so you really never have to leave, unless you want to. The monorail is convenient. It gets you to the strip and back. You will really enjoy your stay here.

Excellent Service at Westgate – Kudos to Santana!
I recently stayed at Westgate Las Vegas and had a great experience overall, but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service—especially from a staff member named Sonthana. She went above and beyond to help clarify the fees and took the time to explain everything in a patient, professional, and friendly manner. Her knowledge and warm attitude made the process so much smoother and truly elevated my stay. The property itself is conveniently located and has a variety of dining options and amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating. But again, a huge shoutout to Santana—she really deserves recognition for her outstanding service! Thank you, Westgate, for a great stay—and thank you, Sonthana, for making it even better!
