Nasty dirty rooms.
Checked in at 4pm and checked out by 5pm. The room was disgusting 🫣 my kids wanted to leave right away. Sand on floor hairs on bed and a blood stain on sheets. This was first time here and will never come back. Staff would not let me see another room. Don't come here worst experience ever.

Nice people, bad room
Very nice people, but the rooms need renovation. Our air conditioner didn’t work properly, and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The staff tried to fix it, and it worked better for a while, but then got stuffy and humid again. The whole hotel and casino was dirty.

Horrible
The worst customer service I've ever received at a Ceasers Entertainment hotel. This hotel has a total disregard for its guests. Arriving on Friday at approximately 10:45 pm, I reported that the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. The room was extremely humid. I was traveling with my daughters, but neither we nor they could sleep due to the situation. I had to go to the front desk in the middle of the night and speak to one of the counter employees. I reminded them that I had reported the problem with the air conditioning, since no one had come to address the issue. I requested a room change with an air conditioner that did work, but they told me there were no other rooms available. We had to wait another 45 minutes until the technician arrived and fixed the problem, or so we thought. The next day we went to the hotel pool, practically the pool and the surrounding area, super dirty, the pool water was covered in hair, floating eyelashes, and you know what else in there. The water, instead of being clear, was opaque as if it had dirt in it. A very unpleasant experience since my daughters were very excited about the pool. So we decided to go to the beach area where things improved, but not completely, since they didn't have any clean towels anywhere, which they had offered us when we arrived at the beach area. We reported this to the staff, and they simply said they were out and couldn't do anything. That night, I reported the same problem: the air conditioning was not working properly around 7:50 pm. When we returned to the room at 9:30 pm, I called them and they didn't answer at the front desk. So I had to go down to the front desk and, to my surprise, I found three employees talking and I had about 30 minutes trying to get in touch with them and nothing. We told them about the situation, to which they replied that they were not aware of it and said they would send a technician as soon as possible. We tried to return to our room, but there was a huge line to use the elevator since only one of the four elevators was working, which is rude considering the number of guests this hotel has. Some of us tried to use the stairs, but this was impossible since we were told that the emergency stairs were locked and the security guard had to come and let us in. He never came. But imagine if the hotel had had a serious problem and the stairs were locked, what would have happened in that situation. But that's another topic. It took us about 40 minutes to get back to our room because only one elevator was working. When I arrived, my wife informed me that the technician had been there and only turned the air conditioning on and off, opened the vents more, and said everything was working fine, which is not true. If we went out into the hotel hallway, it felt cooler compared to our room. We had to take showers several times during the night. It's clear we will never return to this old, dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained hotel. I hope they take action because, again, this has never happened to us in any hotel in this chain, which we have stayed at on several occasions. Definitely don't waste your money on this hotel because there are actually better ones. Here, they will make you have a very bad time.

Poor experience
The hotel is very dated. The common areas were dirty. This place very badly needs updating. The no. Smoking areas and rooms still had a bad smoke smell. The food was low quality and very pricey. The only positive was the beach front area on the river.

Overall below average.
Beds were in rough shape. Linens were torn with many holes, walls scuffed and horrible smell of cigarettes in a “non-smoking room”. Food on property was arcade style at best. Didn’t expect the newly remodeled tower to be so bad. Seems like they slapped some white paint up and called it remodeled. Worst part was the smell. Old carpets.
