Advisory Outside food and beverage, as well as coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

General Policies:

Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals.

Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Resort Fee: A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out for all reservations.

The Resort Fee will entitle guests to the following items and is subject to change upon prior notice from the RESORT:

• Access to the fitness center for two per day

    Encore / Wynn hotel is a winner .

    We stayed at Encore. The rooms were perfect. I could have moved in. It had Alexa and ipad controller for room. Very comfortable bed and pillows . A great bathroom. lighting really good. Most importantly, it was clean. The products in room were nice. Big windows with great views . Nicely decorated. We will return to this hotel. Highly recommended!

    Great stay highly recommend. Best hotel in Vegas

    Great stay at the Encore Vegas. Highly recommend and would book this hotel again. We were visiting from the UK and celebrating a family birthday and the hotel made our stay so special. Great service from all staff from the reception to the concierge to the pool staff.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Current guest of the hotel, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1K MM on United so have stayed in plenty of hotels… Checked in to Tower Suites at Encore, first night SW did not respect our reservation time and we asked to cancel after 20 minutes of waiting. Additional issues with room, but they were rectified by hotel maintenance. Spoke to front desk about SW issue and the gentleman immediately apologized and offered to investigate. On return to hotel no one at desk had any idea what was going on and I was told “the concierge can help if you want a reservation”…. Spoke to manager, she was also unfriendly and generally unhelpful and unapologetic. She offered to rectify the matter and book our reservation at SW for tomorrow evening, upon return to the room had a voicemail advising “they are all booked up”, just spoke to another manager who basically told me “they don’t want you to have another bad experience so they don’t want to make a reservation” I feel like I am loosing my mind, this is a completely insane customer experience.

    Winding down after Grand Canyon tour

    We used comp rooms to stay at the end of a Grand Canyon trip. We had a cabana at the adult pool. The price was 1/2 of the Bellagio, and while the sun isn't as steady at Encore as Bellagio there is still plenty.

    WOW 🤩

    Wow the Encore is ace! The rooms are huge. The bathroom has a double sink area for getting ready, also very deep jacuzzi bath & separate shower. Large wardrobe, so much storage. The bed is the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in & so comfy! Then the living room area which looked into the strip! STUNNING! The only thing that lets this hotel down is that it’s not central so there’s lots of walking/Ubers to get where you need to be. This hotel really is elite & worth paying that bit more when visiting Vegas. ⭐️ 5
