Great 1 Night Stay
I booked with the Amex FHR program and felt I got excellent value for money. The property was well located, on the Strip but away from the hustle and bustle and self-parking, is free. There were some issues finding my reservation and the desk staff were extremely nice and professional. I had a nice King room with a view of the Strip; it was enormous. The bathroom felt truly luxurious, and the whole room is controlled by iPad. I got 25$ off the (excellent) buffet as part of the FHR program, and 60$ in breakfast credit the following morning which I used at Tableau; I also got 100$ to use at the spa/salon, so I got a pedicure. The property had strong wifi, good water temperature/pressure, and was quiet and comfortable at night. Cannot wait to come back, as it feels like a real getaway to come here.

POS. THE WORST
Dirty thieves. webooked via AA for 2 persons. Upon arrival, my son attempted to check in for our prepaid $2400 ( 4 night stay). I had strep and would arrive on 10/26. The hotel would not add my sons name to the reservation (at check in( (Numerous calls). It was for 2 people, he an immediate family member with the same credit card. They said he should book another room and they would credit at check out. We did so. The next morning, they cancelled my original reservation. They said they cannot add names to a reservation, although AAADVANTAGE called the numerous times as I did. So ~ WYNN DO NOT GO

Terrace Point Cafe Wynn Hotel
Stayed at another hotel but bought gifts, played slots and ate at Terrace Point cafe which is one of my favorite places in LV. Excellent service and food and reasonable prices. Also shopped in some Wynn stores. Still some of the best.

Overrated rooms and poor customer service
Had been looking forward to a 40th birthday girls trip at Wynn for 6 months. On the evening of arrival the group of 8 girls noticed no assistance or Bell staff to help with our luggage. We proceeded to pull them ourselves to the registration area. When we asked for Bell service to our room the person at Registration seems surprised….one would assume they should offer this to incoming guests. This aside, the lobby is grand, it’s buzzing and has a beautiful indoor colourful garden. The Buffett restaurant is fantastic, we ate there twice. The good is of good quality. I was most unimpressed with Wynn (supposedly one of the best hotels on Las Vegas strip) for the following reasons (all related to the bedroom): Poor Wi-Fi- had to pay for faster bandwidth…. Dirty towels brought to my room / towels were very cheap Had to request slippers No complimentary water for guests -this is the norm in all hotels. Filthy windows Poor lighting in the bedroom

Great girls weekend
Had fun enjoyed the pool and cabana. We where there for a grills weekend and did not leave the resort for the entire weekend. The cabana was expensive but 100% worth it. The restaurant selection was amazing.
