I forgot to retrieve my money from deposit safety box. I realized this after checked out. I called front desk. For my surprise, they had my money in lost and found section of the hotel. I was very much impressed for the staff's honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you again Cabana Bay.

Black people are targeted and ignored. If you are black stay away. Our room was reported for noise and security came and told us that we would be evicted even though we tried to tell her we weren't making any noise. When we tried to report the discrimination at front desk we were ignored

Amazing! 10/10
The staff was kind and friendly. Front desk star service provided us with every accommodation we asked for without question. The shakes and bar tenders are 10/10! I have been flying from Phoenix to Orlando for 5 years in a row for Halloween horror nights. By far my favorite hotel! They really go all out for the Halloween event! 10/10!

This was my second time staying at Cabana Bay. Check in took a long time but Nick did an amazing job answering our questions and providing useful information. He was super helpful. We loved the extra HHN walk through, and your staff at the food court and pool bar are top notch. Loved them. The room size was amazing especially for the price. We stayed in rooms 4201 and 4203 in the Thunderbird section. The sleeper sofa couches were a huge disappointment. I encourage you to go lay on one. It is like trying to sleep on a table. It was very disappointing to come back from a long night at HHN to have to try to sleep on a table. Worse than the "table" sofa beds, was the automatic announcements coming from either the road or IOA. It was all night and morning long and as loud as an alarm clock. We did not sleep, which made me concerned for my safety and the safety of those in my car the next day. If I wanted to stay up all night and drive drowsy, I would have driven the 2 hours home at 2am instead of paying for this room.

Other resorts offer more for the same price
Cabana bay offers you a pork chop experience at a filet mignon price. The sheets and blankets are basically napkins. Turned the air up and it smelled like fire. Don’t expect to get in hhn early either.
