Great stay
Great stay at the Mirage ! The hotel is ideally located, right in the center of the strip. We had a good hotel room, with plenty of space and a view on the back (we could see resort world, the trump hotel and Treasure Island). On the last day, we forgot something at the hotel and Adrienne from Lost & Found went above and beyond to help us recover it (thank you so much !). Overall great stay, we would come back.

I booked 4 rooms for last night in Vegas, a 2 bedroom 1700sq ft suite and 2 rooms for my friends and a room for my girlfriend that was flying in Friday that was going to move over to the suite Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. Because I booked the rooms third party the Hotel would not allow me to extend her check-out or early check in for the suite but she had make the request when she arrived. Not sure what happened when she arrived but when I arrived 3:08 pm Saturday my Suite wasn't ready, said it would be an hour. No offer of drink voucher or anything until I said I was too happy and he gave me a $100 credit ok I was good for now... went up and showered in my friends room (long hot day on our motorcycles). They said they would call when the room was ready... so off we went to shoot machine guns come back as 5 (girlfriend texts room still no ready that 2 hours now) I go to front desk to demand more compensation and guess what room is ready... I asked why no one called, She had no answer to that pass the keys onto my girlfriend and turns out the one suite of the suite the key didn't work... when I finally got the suite hit by the smell of cigarette smoke (in a non Smoking room) at this point my mind was made up I can spend my thousands elsewhere. Sorry Mirage gave you a chance and you blew it :( I didn't sleep well all night cause of the smell. Bed was nice but having stayed in the Bellagio 2000 sq ft Penthouse Suite a few times this room didn't come close to the bar ....

Horrible place!
We were afraid of all the negative reviews recently given that the hotel is going to be converted to a Hard Rock hotel later this year early next. After a long day of travel and checking in today, we’ve had nothing but problems with this run down room. This resort tower king is dingy, dirty and run down. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online ! First we waited half an hour for maintenance to come right after arrival to fix the TV. Now maintenance has just come in at 9:30 pm to try and fix our air conditioner which apparently needs a new motor. In speaking with the manager at the front desk, there’s nothing they can do because the hotel is full. What a disappointing start to our trip. We’ve been to Vegas eight times and never had issues at any of the hotels we’ve stayed at on the strip. It’s good this place will be closing because I would never come back here again!!

Such a bad experience and they over charge.
I got told it was $26 per day to park my vehicle but I ended up getting charged on an average of $40 a day. And when I tried to talk to the valet people about it the lady there just started arguing instead of having the decency to check for us . and they still expected a tip on top of that
