    Excellent Service

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was a bit older once you walked to your rooms, but it's clean and well stocked with everything you need. Fantastic spot overlooking the marina and beautiful ocean views!

Left a little to be desired, but convenient to Conference Center

First impression upon arrival was that this is a very nice hotel, attached to the LB Conference Center. The lobby area was large with an expansive marketplace offering all kinds of goodies. Then we were given our room assignment on the 1st floor and immediately found that it was one level below the entry level. Ah, the basement! Room was totally devoid of wall art (except one piece that was located behind a lamp in the corner where it could hardly be seen), so room appeared very stark, almost motel-ish. There were only 2 drawers for clothing, and they were both broken. To the hotel's credit, they did send someone to fix them quickly. Two beds were queen size and pretty comfortable. Pillows were absolutely the best, most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed at. Soft and squishy but still supportive. Day two we saw some small ants crawling around. Reported to guest services, who said they would send someone right up to check. After not hearing back or seeing evidence that anyone had been in our room, (our days were very busy at a conference), we gave it no further thought. Then on the third night of a 5-night stay, we received a call in the evening that they wanted us to change rooms, presumably so they could treat the room. Although it was a pretty big inconvenience, we agreed and moved one floor up. New room exactly the same, so not an upgrade. Anyway, glad that they would be taking care of the problem for future guests! All in all, it was a fairly pleasant stay, noting the inconveniences above. And they did give a $100 room credit for those inconveniences (since this was a business trip, the credit went to the company, who had paid for the room, so we were not given anything for OUR inconvenience!!). I would probably check out some other hotels if we were to stay in this area again.

A great hotel when sailing with Carnival...

My wife and I wish we had known how amazing this hotel was before we booked our cruise. We came in a day early to relax. Had we known what we now know about this hotel, we would add another night stay at the conclusion of our cruise. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and a shopping mall. I also wish I had known a Laugh Factory was located right across the street. Again, everything we need is located within walking distance of this very spacious and modern hotel. We have already started telling our friends to add this hotel to their preferred list of hotels.

    You’re being watched

Don’t go if your service animal is sick. My poor little baby (dog) got sick from a car ride so I held her in my harms when we got to the Hotel. And when she had to do her business I held her to take her out. Not knowing I was been watched. And since her stomach was still upset I had to reluctantly leave her in the room and check on her. I tried to explain this to Anna but to know avail. But as for the room and the hotel. Very nice. I just didn’t know until check out I was hit with an extra $100 on top of $900 for a 3day stay because they said I didn’t have my dog on a leash and I left her unattended in my room. Rules are Rules..
