Had a wonderful time from the moment we were checked in by Rolando until we left, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently The room was very nice and spacious and we had a pool view. Special mention for Juan the waiter from the pool bar who was extremely helpful and energetic when taking drinks orders. Also Eduado the supervisor/ manager in the buffet and El Olivio was very helpful and polite at all times. Will definitely be returning soon

Amazing
Me and my wife Debbie love the hotel. Especially aquamarine part of the resort LIMBO bar staff are all fantastic KENWIN aqialino.emanuel.giselle.imari.jessica they all made our holiday thanks very much guys your lovely family group 🙏 who made our holiday.

Definately worth the going there.
Stayed for 2 weeks (June 21 - Jul 5). The Resort was great. Staff, Food, Entertainment were fantastic. A special thanks to our house keeper SUGEIDY. Room was clean and well maintained. The only draw back that I had was the the loud music from the pool and entertainment shows made the room noisy, especially at night. The drum beats are still echoing in my head. (I am not a spring chicken). Unfortunately, the sea weed problem (Sargassum) made the beach unusable. This was a problem throughout the Dominican Republic.

The resort felt overpriced for what we received. The parties were disappointing, mostly geared toward older tourists from the U.S. and Canada. We also visited during seaweed season, so the ocean wasn’t very enjoyable. While we thought it was an adults-only resort, only one building, its pool, and the buffet were actually adults-only. The rest of the resort—including the main pool and beach—allowed children. The food is average and there are not enough umbrellas by the pool.

We would go back.
My husband and I had a fantastic time it is true there are not enough umbrellas by the pool. and people do go out early and stake their claim. The staff was awesome very friendly. We have traveled to the Dominican before and several different and other place like Mexico and the Bahamas this is by far our favorite resort.
