Girlfriends Birthday and Surprise Proposal!
I wanted to make this birthday trip memorable for my girlfriend, now Fiancé! I proposed to her on the beach and had amazing photographers (Jesus & Fatima), which offer professional pictures at the resort! Yajahira was our amazing butler that managed all of our in resort dinner reservations, events, cabanas, cleaning services and more! She made our trip amazing and stress free! If you use the cabanas be sure to ask for Cesar. He took care of us very well! If you are looking for a Luxurious resort thats fun, has great restaurants, night time shows, buffet variety (changes everyday), clean rooms, 24/7 room service, amenities, then this is your sign to book your trip with this resort!

Smelly room
The beds were ok a little hard. The room had a strong smell of mold. The maintenance people were supposed to check out the air conditioning unit. This was reported at 8am and it is 7:45pm and no one has come to fix it. It is so bad my daughter in law can’t enjoy the vacation because she it getting migraines. We had to sleep with the sliding glass door open. So now you deal with the bugs coming in. The buffet is better than the speciality restaurants. The Italian restaurant was not good. Antonio called many times to have them fix the air conditioner. He was great and very helpful Miguel the butler called to reserve a cabana and make the reservations for the restaurant s. He was very helpful. As a member of Royal Holiday you would think they would be more accommodating. Also the bathroom door swung in. So, you had to squeeze between the door and the toilet. Please fix your air conditioner.

Great vacation! ❤️
Everything and everyone was wonderful. Jessica was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we could relax and enjoy our vacation, she also went above and beyond to make sure they celebrated my birthday like decorating our room, bring champagne and a cake to our cabana on the beach, reserving our cabana every day for us, etc. Karina was such a sweetheart and so funny! Hard worker going back and fourth for our food and drinks! Caesar was the best! His facials were incredible and very relaxing! He’s very personable, friendly, funny, and dedicated to making sure the guest are happy, relaxed, and get what they need to enjoy their vacation. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff at Grand Park Royal for making this an unforgettable trip for us!!

Would not recommend ever!
From the beginning it was not good. When we checked in the concierge harassed us to attend their “membership” program presentation and I told him no 5 times before walking off only to be asked multiple times throughout our stay. Our rooms AC did not work along with ants, and black mold on the sheets and baseboards. Our coffee maker also didn’t work but that pales in comparison to the other things. We went to the front desk and they switch us to a new room but the AC still did not function properly and our room was humid and muggy the whole stay. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. They have an app but it’s basically useless. The food was hit or miss and lacked consistency. The burger snack stand was awful and McDonald’s would have been better. The Italian restaurant was good and so was the Japanese restaurant, the buffet for breakfast was okay but every othe other food options was sub-par. Room service is a joke, we never one got the colorectal things we ordered and it was always cold and soggy. The location was beautiful but I would not recommend this resort to anyone and do not be fooled by the reviews like we were, pick a different place to stay.

Our Anniversary Trip
We stayed at Grand Park Royal Cancun to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed everything from the hospitality to the food. We definitely would recommend this resort to anyone who plans to visit Cancun.
