The gym is really clean. I like the equipment that was there. The instructor Jerome was helpful and welcoming. Overall I would say it was a really good experience and workout.

Vacation
Kadija is the best aqua fit instructor. She made it fun and entertaining. We worked all of our muscles and I fell great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our 3 rd time staying at a Royalton. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary. Food was sub-par. Service was slow everywhere. One nights dinner was 2hrs long due to service. Staff not friendly. We paid extra for a room with a hot tub that only worked on the first of our 7 night stay. Reported issue every day, never was fixed even though we were told it was fixed everyday. Soaking tube in room leaked entire tub of water all over our floor as the drain was broken. Issue was reported daily with the response that it would be fixed and never was. Manager only reached out to us on our 5th day. Told us he had a few options for us and he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. Their attempt to remedy the inconvenience was laughable. A private dinner on the beach, menu did not look good ( I’m an executive chef by trade) they offered use the base tier menu valued at $150. We spent almost $1500 extra to have the hot tub. In short, never staying at a Royalton again.
