At hide pool bar I had so many fun with Ivan , Bianca , Sean , Anthony and Maurice they are so amazing fun. I love the supervisor for the bar she is lovely. Best team on hotel. At the bar the bartender and service they are hard at work

It was fun
Thank you royalton for making it a fun trip to this beautiful resort and island. I enjoyed the entertainment by the vibes team big up to Snow and Kelly also Sean from the bar is a excellent bartender.

Top notch service!
My stay at Hideaway was nothing short of amazing! The personalized Diamond Club service just made everything seamless from the time of arrival. We met our butlers Pierre and Kamal at arrival and from that moment they let us know we were in good care. I was carrying my bag and Kamal made sure I knew that I don't carry bags in his presence!😁 We were there celebrating my daughter's bday and they made sure she received all the birthday well wishes throughout our stay! In addition to the birthday ribbon on the door they surprised us one day and decorated the bed with rose petals and birthday wishes along with a hand written note. It was very thoughtful and unexpected. They took care of all of our dinner reservations, excursion transportation and made sure we were informed of the resort activities. I rented a pool cabana and they decorated it with balloons and made a personal visit with sweets and sung happy birthday!! I was floored at the level of service. Kamal even even visited us at dinner ar Dorado and took pictures! I can go on and on about then level of personal service that really took things over the top!! Kudos to Kamal and Pierre and the young lady he was training. Now for the resort. The room was a bit small and didn't have double sinks in the bathroom. So make sure to get the Luxury Jr. Suite for added space. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing! The fridge stayed stocked and we wanted for nothing while there. Although not advertised for couples it would be great for couples or someone looking to relax. It had a laid back and relaxing vibe. also enjoyed the nightly music in the area in front of Zen. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the waters are very calm and swimmable. Even in late November the water temperature was perfect and the sand was soft and not rocky. All the staff and workers were pleasant and greeted you in passing. Also to note as a lady I felt very safe walking the resort alone at night. So this would be a great resort for solo travelers as well. AsThere was always someone around checking on your well being. Another good thing is all of the public restrooms were always clean throughout the resort. Thats always a plus especially in the pool areas. I didn't get a chance to try the buffet but all of the restaurants were delicious! Calypso was my favorite and a tie between Zen and Dorado. They all were amazing. The food at the Jerk Hut on the beach was also delicious!! The chicken was n flavorful and tender! The workers at Zen gets the award for the best Happy birthday remix! 😁They did a remix of a few songs and sang happy birthday at dinner! It was very creative! Well I'll end this review here because it's much longer than I intended but as you can see I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also thank you to the manager for arranging a site inspection on short notice.

Amazing service
The staff are amazing especially the entertainment and bar they provide great services special shout out to Bianca and Snow. The all white party was lit we definitely had fun there and I also like the magic show.

Great experience
We had a great experience at this resort. The entertainment done by Snow and Tash was amazing. The bartender was also amazing like Sean he serves great drinks at the pool bar and also the all white party was excellent.
