    DREAMX ONYX AMAZING TIME

    This resort was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and spoke more English than other resorts I have been to in the past. The buffet for breakfast was good with fresh food daily. I recommend trying all the restaurants there especially SPICE! I am not one to visit the same resort twice, but I would go back here again in a heartbeat. We had the entire family with us Gma, gpa aunts my kids (6month and 3 years old) there was not a lack of activity, and the kids loved the pools. The only negative was the sargum grass that was all over the island so nothing the hotel could do. Beach was still clean and lots of chairs to sit.

    10/10 Will Go Again!

    Service was spectacular. Everyone went above and beyond. Bring extra tip money!! So many gluten free and clearly marked on menus. Highly recommend!

    Beautiful, friendly and fun for families

    Beautiful resort, with friendly staff and lots of bars, restaurants and swimming options. The slides are fun for adults and older kids (though one of the four was not functioning). Lots of fresh fruit. Portions are very generous. Our favourite bartender was Moises, who works at the bar near the lazy river. He makes amazing drinks quickly, and was very kind to all our family members. Rooms are big and bright and very clean, with lots of drinks in the fridge. Very very hot in July but the indoor air conditioning works well. It’s too bad that so many disposable water bottles get used..wish there was a better way…but at least the bar drink glasses are reusable. Beach was too seaweedy to even walk on, but we prefer pool and lazy river anyway. The daytime events, evening shows and after parties were fun. Great 4th of July party, and they did a little bit of celebrating for Canada Day too (next year more please!). We would go back here.

    Concierge Carolina is Outstanding!

    I traveled to Dreams Onyx solo for a Pilates Retreat. I wanted to visit Casa de Campo & Altos de Chavon, but my husband (in US) wanted me to be safe. I asked Concierge Carolina to plan a driver who would be safe & stay with my friend & me while we visited the site for several hours. The driver she chose was excellent. When we arrived at Casa de Campo, after a 90-minute drive, my friend did not have her US passport with her & they would not allow us to enter. I reached out to Carolina & with my friend’s permission, Carolina was able to send a copy of my friend’s passport! We were allowed to enter. Later in the day, Carolina checked in with our driver and with us to see how we were doing. We had a fantastic day trip, thanks 100% to Carolina going the extra mile to save our day trip. We are very grateful

    Once of nicest places I visited

    I love the resort. It was clean and the customer service was great. They had so many things for us to do. It wasn't a need to leave the resort for anything.
