We came here to celebrate our birthdays and it was nothing short of the best. Upon arrival we received a bottle of champagne to celebrate us and a free room upgrade. Roxanne was amazing our first day out. if you want top tier service pool side in a cabana she is your your girl! Constantly making sure sure our stay was perfect. I did fall on our first day and Rene the life guard changed and cleaned the wound twice a day the entire stay without complaint. Taught us some Spanish too! Overall the resort was great food was slightly bland nothing a little seasoning can’t fix. Overall we would come back again. You can visit the sister property secrets as well right next door and they give transportation. Again thank you so much Roxanne and Rene both amazing people with amazing service! Your friends from GA.

The amenities are great, but the staff really make the trip amazing. This is the second time our group has come here and we came back because we liked it so much. You can go between resorts on a golf cart (if you're a preferred member), so it's like staying at 2 hotels for one. The staff, specifically: Danel Bernal, the bartender and Jovanny Sanchez was the best waiter. Definitely will be going AGAIN!

Excellent stay
we had a wonderful stay. staff was very kind and super attentive. we noticed how clean every area was. we always saw staff cleaning, even spots that aren't noticeable. Sonia in the world cafe made us amazing omelettes every morning. Maris for lunch was dynamite. Getting coffee and ice cream from Dolce was a daily occurrence. we were grateful for Diana and Ines especially who always made our coffee amazing and accommodated our special requests.

Did not like this hotel. The food has no flavor. The alcohol was weak. The pools were crowed with kids. The layout is confusing. The resort is not walkable. If you came to exercise on your vacation you will love it here. Especially since you’ll save on calories from not eating the bland food. They have golf carts that take you from resorts but the wait for the carts are long and it’s annoying. The service is subpar. You can get some fake nice service if you tip big otherwise you’ll run into a lot of rude staff. I would recommend going to Sunrise. You’ll also get bit by mosquitoes less at Sunrise. The only positive quality of this hotel is that the rooms are nice.

High-End Excellent resort
I had high expectations for 5* resort Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort and, honestly, I could not complain about anything. The resort is fabulous and if staying at Dreams, one can spend the whole day at the neighboring Secrets (adults only). No bracelets, no need to do reservation for the A la Carte Restaurants. First come, first served. The accommodation, cleanliness, gourmet food, drink selection at the bars.... and the cherry on the top of the cake: no mosquitos nor seaweed and 7 days of blue sky and calm, warm ocean.
