Memorial 2023 The RIU Lupita was an interesting experience: I purchased my trip at the last minute directly at the RIU website, so I get the complementary transfer airport-hotel round trip. However, inbound I cannot arrange the transfer Airport-RIU nobody from customer was able to help, I called directly to the hotel and spoke with a female sound Spinier who refuse to identify herself told me that the hotel cannot do anything because was at the last-minute purchase. I paid the bus transfer approx. 14 US Dollars, (250 Mexican pesos) plus a taxi from the bus terminal to the RIU Lupita $12 dollars or $200 Mex Pesos Because the hotel management refuse to provide my transfer. The Hotel Mexican staff it’s a great crew who make all the guest feel amazing and welcome. But the Supervisors the female lady who refuse to identify over the phone I meet her at the from desk upon arrive and she was nasty handling us, she is from Spain, and she feel extremely superior what I think is wrong. She is not better than us, but she may think she still’s colonizing people. Everyone has a name tag except her, and again she refuses to identify, so the staff looks intimidated by her and told me they are not able to provide her name. The hotel rooms are nice and big, comfortable, and clean. Food was cool not Mexican meals, it’s like eating a US or Europe shopping Mall food court. IMPORTANT… The hotel has no beach, but they offer a shuttle bus that transfers the traveler to another RIU hotel with beach front like 15 min away every 30min. I will say that 90% of the guest were Latinos but the entertaining show where in English Language so I notice several people just observe the show but not really understands. The hotel is extremely focus on White European and American travelers. I hold a US Passport, but I am not blue eyes or blond that why they miss treating me. However, the Mexican staff was nice and respectful towards us.

We enjoyed our holiday and had no issues with the hotel. Check in was easy, our room 1615 was perfect for us and kept spotless by the housekeeping team. We enjoyed the buffet restaurant throughout our stay, great choice and excellent service. Used the beach bus and club, again no complaints and prompt service. Pool party and White party were fun, as was Pasha. The grounds are kept immaculate. No its not as sleek and shiny as other Riu's but it does has a charm of its own and the level of service and standard of cleanliness is 5 star

Amazing time
Wonderful place wonderful people wonderful times!!! Would highly recommend to any one looking for a great time and service is exceptional! Has wonderful shuttle service to the beach and 5th Avenue. Very convenient!!!

Everything was perfect👌
Service is great! Rooms are nice and clean! Beer is good and a lot off different varieties with alkohol drinks. Food is excellent! Lots of variety! We enjoyed every meal! It's not right on the beach, you'll take a free bus to the beach and there is a restaurant, bar and everything you need it's great! Just that 10 min ride.I would strongly recommend that hotel.

Excellent hotel.
Excellent hotel, set in lovely surroundings with wildlife on your doorstep. Food plentiful and a great variety every day. Pool is nice and plenty of sun beds to go round. Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Rooms cleaned daily and drinks topped up every other day. Smokers area available and the only suggestion I have is to make one in a shaded area also if possible. Beach was also nice, just a quick shuttle bus and you’re there, snack bar great there too. Would return back to this hotel if I go back to Mexico. Thank you for making my holiday memorable.
