Best beach ok resort
1-Beautiful beach, quite enough chairs in the beach best location in 7 mile beach 2- Resort is very old and need a lot of work starting from mold, leaks in room from ac lizards in bathroom etc etc...called front desk because was water in the floor and someone came and said is from AC. 3- Food in general is good a lot of choices at Palm buffet, feather restaurant has delicious food nice bar Lemongrass was good too, Patois restaurant was horrible service it took them forever to make 2 omelets for breakfast... Drinks in general were very good 3- Service was 50/50 you either get best service with a smile on their face and very friendly or very lazy rude people especially at veggie bar 4- Spa and massage was a rip off 55min for a couple massage 300$...... we went to Tashians massage in the beach and these girls gave us the best massage for less then half of what resort asked(look for Tashian and Nicola) we did 2 massages in the beach 5- entertainment was just ok 6- they make you leave super early, we left the resort 6h before our flight and the lady who checked us out was so demanding to make us fill a survey about resort,

Beach lovers dream
We are on our way home from a beautiful week at Couples Swept Away. We have stayed at multiple AI resorts in Mexico, brands including Barcelo, Iberostar, Royalton, Excellence PM, and Valentin Imperial Maya. I will be comparing to these resorts. We chose this resort at the recommendation of our agent for due our love of beaches and snorkeling. Our goal was rest and relaxation. We are not party resort travelers. Accommodations: We loved the Carribbean feel. The room is white and teak wood. The feel is an elegant beach vibe rather than formal. Very clean. Housekeeping and turndown service daily. We stayed in an Ocean Verandah on the second floor. We loved the view, privacy, and 45-second walk to our beach chairs. The garden verandahs are directly (like 10 yards from a busy road, so we were glad we did not do this). Beach: Wowzers. It was one of the best beaches we have ever stayed at. The swim area is about a third of a mile long. Stays shallow very far out. There are very few palapas, but find of chairs in the shade. The sand is super fine and soft. The beach is kept well groomed, and this area has no sargassum. The sunsets are beautiful at the beach! Water Sports: We brought our own gear and loved snorkeling off shore. We spotted many types of fish, tons of large star fish, sting rays, crabs, and sea slugs. So beautiful and lots of fun, especially first thing in the morning when the sea is glass. They have paddle boards, kayaks, water bikes, hobie sail boats and much more to use. We did the snorkel trip twice and saw too much to mention. Highlights were a turtle, reef shark, squid, and large varieties of fish. Sports and Spa area: Such a fun extra at this resort. The tennis courts are nice, great gym equipment, I enjoyed the lap pool and e played racquetball. My husband watched Premier League Decision day games in the Sports Bar area. They will try to find whatever you are wanting to watch. The TV did have trouble with continually buffering. Food: There is good food at this resort. Some of it is great. The service was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. We would compare the food to Barcelo resorts. Not as good as what we have had at Excellence or Valentin, but still good. Our favorite was Lemongrass. We loved Patois for breakfast. Favorite eats were the sweet potato chips, fish tacos, and veggie burger at Seagrapes, anything at Lemongrass (we did compliment the Asian Chef in charge of that kitchen), soups, and fun appetizers. Entertainment: I thought the stage set up in the buffet was a brilliant idea. The live music during dinner was always excellent. Don't miss the steel drum night. Positive Vibrations was incredible...one of the best love performances we have seen at a resort. There is not an over abundance of entertainment scheduled, but there is enough. We like that. We loved the laid-back feel of this resort. We spent a week here and never left the resort except to snorkel. The beach was that incredible. We will return

Couples Swept Away Honest Review
This was our 26th visit to Couples Resorts and the most disappointing. We have stayed at CSA many times in the past in their beach front rooms. Last week was an extremely warm week, even for Negril. The air conditioning in our room did not work the first night. We did call the front desk, and they sent maintenance to look at it. He did not repair the unit and we tried to sleep in a very warm room that night. I went to the front desk the next morning and reported the issue. They called the team leader of maintenance to take another look at it. We went to the beach that day and I thought I would check the room around noon. I found that the air conditioning was working but there was water from the closet to the back wall. I then went to the front desk and requested to be transferred to a garden suite at their sister resort Couples Negril (CN). The front desk called over to CN and I was told that this resort would call back with availability. The front desk then asked the assistant manager to come talk to me. The assistant manager said there would be an up charge going from their beach front suite to the Garden Suite at CN. The assistant manager and I went to our room to look at the water situation. He said it was pretty bad and that he would move us to another room and give us resort credit for the inconvenience. I asked if someone could clean up the water before we packed our things for safety reasons, and he said it would be done. My wife and I went to lunch and in about and an hour and half later came back and packed our luggage, and the water was still there. Later in the day we unpacked in the new room and there was a message on our phone to call the operator. I called and the operator said, "why weren't you in your room to clean up the crap?" I said we weren't told that we had to be there to do so. During this whole ordeal, I contacted my travel agent and she said there was a garden suite open at CN and that she would transfer us over at no cost. My wife and I we didn't want to pack our things up again and said we would stay put. Well, the new rooms air conditioner wasn't working either. We called that evening, and they did come and charge the unit and it was fine. We first visited this resort in 2006 and it is not the same resort today. We consider some of the staff at CSA to be good friends. But we might be considering other vacation options.

Awesome place
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is not very big which was a plus and the service was amazing as was the food. The grounds were well kept and the beach was beautiful. Loved getting breakfast brought to our room and eating out on the balcony with an ocean view.

We’ll be back for sure.
Terrific holiday; super location - the beach is simply breathtaking; warm water, powder sand lots of natural shade. The kind of beach you dream about - simply idyllic. The hotel is very relaxed, super friendly staff, a good standard of food in all locations. Lemongrass was outstanding, Feathers a bit odd given the relaxed nature of the resort but a nice change to dress well for one night. Excellent activities included in the price - Julian in the water sports team is an absolute legend - looked after my wife on the snorkelling trip and ensured she overcame her fears and had an unforgettable time on the reef. Pools are not so great and the pool bar is a bit tired but the beach more than compensates for any shortcomings. Overall a super holiday - excellent value for money,
