Great property
The hotel is a beautiful and clean place. The staff is very friendly. Our room attendant Hilton made our stay special with his daily towel animals and kind personality. The rooms could use a couple more hooks in the bathroom as there wasn’t a good spot to hang swim suits. The location is ok. Isla verde isn’t right in the mix for all the exploration and sight seeing. We found ourselves ubering to places to eat which would take about 10-15 minutes but isn’t the end of the world. The hotel owns the lot across the street and for a small fee you can park a rental car easily. The same can’t necessarily be said for the rest of San Juan. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to lay your head this is the place.

For the price, the quality is severely poor!
Disappointed with the hotel's quality. Initial presentation was good, but our room had a strong moisture smell, even though we're accustomed to beach living. The stench lingered on our clothes, noise from downstairs reached the 9th floor, and rowdy guests disrupted our sleep until 3 AM. Considering the high cost of over $650 per night, the experience fell short, resembling more of a 3-star than the expected quality. Not recommended, especially when better options in the area are available at around $350 per night. Woke up this morning to catch sunrise and litter filled the beach in front of hotel. For the cost, this hotel needs to step up their service.

Didn’t live up to expectations…
The best part of this property is Mr William, a doorman. He was kind and had a welcoming spirit. We traveled to PR and stayed here for a sports tournament, it was the event hotel. The property is “just ok”. I wouldn’t give it any more than a 2.5, 3 star rating at best. It really didn’t “feel” like a resort, more like a standard hotel. My room had an awful smell, like moistness and someone near smoked marijuana the entire time we were here. If you do stay here, pay more for beachside. Otherwise you’ll be listening to the Policia, and dune buggies people rent and seemingly race up and down the street. It was miserable. I also didn’t find most of the staff to be warm or full of the resort vacay spirit. When I asked for help moving rooms, even offering to pay more to upgrade, everything was a NO! Be forwarded, late check out will cost you anywhere from $100-$350. My suggestion, just stay somewhere else!!!

A+ Family Vacation!
Camilo was great! Always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on! Camilo really knocked our vacation out of the park! We would definitely recommend coming here
