    Worst vacation and waste of time

    It’s an alright hotel. But the staff from the minute we got here is not friendly. Starting with the check in service. Compared to many other resorts. And for being a all inclusive, they stop serving you if they feel you have had to much. Never has that happened at any other hotels. It’s far far from the central. Not worth the long drive out here for rude service. Was wondering to try something a little nicer hotel from the other places I have stayed but I think you are more valued at those other places more then here.

    Incredible staff and diligence

    This place is above and beyond with their service. The hotel itself (architecture/amenities) isn’t that special, but the treatment here by their staff is unreal. Their activities, patience, and extraness are insane! There’s even a “family lounge” section with gaming stations (Xbox, PS4, Switch I think). Thank you to Rafael, Saul, Alan, Blanca, and Edgar for teaching us how to tie dye shirts and being soooo patient with us. Your energy and enthusiasm for something so mundane was refreshing and engaging. You guys rock!

    An Unforgettable Weekend Getaway

    The absolute best service, from every department you'll receive a smile. The nightly entertainment is something my family and I really looked forward to. Hilton PVR offers loads of daily activities so you definitely won't be bored. Blanca and Edgar were AMAZING from accommodations to recommendations. They are super patient and really know how to provide excellent services. All the staff greet you even in passing and many remember your name just by mentioning it one time. The paddle board and kayaks are a great touch to enjoy the private beach. Bellhops are very helpful as well with pretty much anything from taxis to assisting us with the stroller into the cars. Can't say enough great things about this resort and their amazing employees.

    Great get away

    Nice clean resort. Boutique feeling. Shout out to the entertainment staff Edward and Blanca. Thanks for the workouts. Didn’t gain a pound! Try the salmon at coco mar and the beef in the Mexican restaurant!

    Excellent Value, Outstanding Experience!

    My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a long weekend there and were delighted. The facility was very clean. Our room quite spacious. And the staff was extraordinarily polite and accommodating, and we offer a shout out to pool area servers Christian and Danny. Honestly, Christian may be the best we have encountered anywhere! The food absolutely exceeded our expectations…and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experiences at La Luce, Maxal and Sunan. Breakfast featured the Sea Salt grill and an array of options…and we loved lunch at the food trucks. The bars were great as we visited all of them. The swim up bar in the pool is a highlight. We were also pleasantly surprised by and appreciative of the security there, particularly at the roadside entrance to the hotel and with the number of well equipped lifeguards at the pool and beach areas. Would we go back? Absolutely!
