Mountain West Conference Trip
This was a good hotel walking distance to Thomas Mack for Mountain West tournament. Room was large. Liked the set-up of room with couch area, desk and refrigerator/sink on entering with bed/bath in the back of room. Had upper floor room at end of hall for a quiet stay. Can hear occasional street noise, elevator bell, and airplane but didn’t disrupt stay. Bed was comfortable. Water takes 5 minutes to get a hot shower. Easy walk to restaurants and casino nearby. Breakfast in the morning with excellent selection and kept well stocked. Staff is friendly and felt safe with key card access after hours. Only deduction is for tv. TV is a hit or miss at best.
Good place to stay, close from 🎰
Good place to stay, average price, looks very clean, front receptionist nice attitude… fast checking, recommend this hotel, it has stores close by pharmacy, restaurant’s etc close to casinos you can Uber, will stay in again!
Nice Place With No Resort Fee and No Terrible Smells!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We were glad to be close to downtown without staying in a hotel with huge resort fees! In fact, there is no resort fee and there is a decent free breakfast, too! The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The best part ... no smell of smoke or weed!
All sewer drainage are clogged!
The shower water flow is very low and the drainage for both shower and sink are clogged. i can never clean up my feet because they are always soak in the dirty water. I called and nobody came to fix the problem. I never knew that Hyatt has such bad quality property.
Stay away from Room 147!
The hotel laundry room is located down the hall way. They left the door to the laundry open. So the hallway was filled with steam and smell. The bathroom was filled with urinate smell. It was not cleaned at all.
