    Excellent stay

    This is my first experience in Mexico and it turned out to be great. Hotel is located at the start of the old town and is walking distance from Malecon . Staff was really helpful. I am vegetarian and i found lots of options in breakfast , lunch and dinner. Food and service was good too.

    Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments

    It was awesome!! Had a good time with Mirta and Fernando The food was really good. It was great service.The volley ball games were cool seeing all the people smile having a good time.I recommend people coming to this hotel.

    Not a satisfied traveler

    It was just okay. The pictures in the website do not give an accurate portrayal of the real resort. Our room did not have an ocean view. The view was of the hotel next door which was under construction. Not happy about the room.

    amazing time amazing view amazing people🥰

    The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our time on the beach we went kayaking, walked on the beautiful beach, had amazing breakfast where the sunset area is and you can see the beach hear the waves so beautifully! I was always excited to go to the adult pool to see Michelle she is the sweetest and most authentic person she was always there if we needed something if we had a question about the area she was amazing at guiding and she will always say hi to you i love when it feels so familiar thank you Michelle and Buenaaventurea hotel for a great stay❤️❤️

    Amazing resort! Amazing staff!

    Was here 4 years ago, lots of upgrades to the resort, service staff are all exceptional, and Liz one of the event coordinators was so incredibly friendly and nice and always trying to get people involved in the fun! Would recommend to everyone, families, friend groups, it's good for all groups!
