My expectations were definitely showed up. The place was gorgeous, everyone was so hospitable, the room itself was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The service and staff were just amazing and always catering to your needs. You’re really treated like royalty when you stay. It’s an amazing place to relax

Sep 26, 2023Nice Resort but Humidity OtherWorldly
Overall, a very nice resort. We were on the 14th floor which was an excellent view of the ocean and the entire facilities. No fault of the resort, but we absolutely chose the wrong month to go to PVR. The humidity was almost unbearable. No air conditioning in the elevators and the common areas were barely cool at all. One restaurant had outdoor seating only. My wife and sisters-in-law really enjoyed the food, however, the so-called Asian styled restaurant is far from Asian flavored or style food. The Sushi bar offered better sushi than the restaurant. Also, the area outside felt relatively safe to go out and explore the area. Be sure to get tickets for the show called 'Rhythm of the Night', excellent show! Entertainment at the resort compared to other Secrets that we have been to was minimal to none, very disappointing. But hey, being on vacation is always better than the alternative.

Fun weekend get away
Great service. Good activities options. Food was to expect from an all inclusive. The spa is a must do for sure! Sip and paint was also a fun activity to do. Jose was our butler and he was truly a 5* service. We got to visit the little downtown and it was cute!

Sep 25, 2023Secrets Vallarta Birthday Trip
I’m just leaving Secrets Vallarta and I have to say there were some ups and downs. Especially after visiting Secrets Bahia Mita 4 months ago. First I would like to give kudos and shoutouts yo Eddie our concierge in the Preferred Lounge. Eddie was attentive to all of our needs and every suggestions he made and reservations was on point. Thank you Karen upon our checkout to ask us how was our visit and Javier the Bellhop. Overall everyone was pleasant and nice. My only complaints was problems with the air conditioner in our room. The rooms and restaurants were hot and humid. Someone from maintenance did come and fix the a/c but it only lasted one day. Everyone on the resort complained about the ac. So after sleeping in a hot room with covers and to wake up around 4 to feel the room cool was confusing. The food at the restaurants were delicious. Capers,(Italian) Oceana, Castaway and Bordeaux was delicious. Definitely try them all. Only lacked entertainment at the resort. Will I come back probably because we are members but it may take a while. The highlight of the trip was the 6 dollar taxi ride to Malecon where there were vendors, boardwalk, and restaurants to try authentic food.

We can't wait to go back!
Spacious rooms with great views. We stayed in the preferred tower and had a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Every person we interacted with provided friendly and prompt service that made our stay very special. The pool/bar area had continuous entertainment with a variety of events to participate in or just watch. The Cabana rental provided an additional treat and different view for the day. The property is minutes from town so we were able to catch some new sites. We can't say enough great things about our decision to go here!
