    Did not met expectations

    Hotel was very expensive for a common room. There was empty bottles and drinks around. There was no staff around to help answer questions. The water faucet in the shower in the bathroom was coming apart. Checkout had to be done at the desk and could not be done online which was frustrating.

    Decent stay

    Casino was always clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Guest services was slow to respond to request. Wait staff in casino was fairly responsive. Restaurants on the property could be better, especially the Americana.

    Fun for family

    This hotel is great for a family. With the arcade and roller coaster upstairs. The food was good at any of the places we went. If you want a decent hotel on a budget this is the place. Downfall the pool is boring and there didn’t seem to be much hot water in the guest rooms. Some of the staff were very helpful while others did not know where the restrooms were.

    Smokey and Blinky

    If you want to be confronted with people smoking and playing slots 25 feet from the door when you walk in and walk past slot playing drones from the moment you enter this property is for you. The is not one seat in the first floor of this hotel that is not at a slot macine, gaming table or restaurant. There is actually no lobby at all. If you want to wait for the rest of your party to join you you can stand next to someone smoking at a slot machine. If you would like to pay $400 a night to sleep in a room with 7 foot ugly furniture blocking the view the is never cleaned this hotel is form you. I have stayed at Ramadas that were better.

    We love this hotel! Super family friendly :)

    We love it here. So fun for the kids and the entire family. The kids love the pool, arcade and coaster. We love them too but also the drinks are great everywhere and awesome food! Definitely will be returning next time!
