Not as good as it once was
We had a terrible check in experience. I brought my company out and the service received when trying to check in was amateur. They couldn't find two of the rooms eventhough i spent over an hour making sure every room was accounted for and they gave one away! I have been coming to the Delano for over 10 years. I have a lot of great memories there, but it is starting to feel dated and the leadership, specifically one of the managers (Andrew), is lacking. I can not recommend the Delano anymore.

Stay at the Delano!
I cannot recommend staying at the Delano more. It is at the end of the Las Vegas strip, but it is also connected to the Mandalay Bay, so you can always take a few steps and get to a casino. Beyond that, it is an oasis—a perfect, quiet place to come back to after an afternoon and evening on the Strip. Oh, and the tub is amazing. It is just large enough for two people.

Beautiful place to stay at but bad customer service in check in
Came to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday and hoping to give her the best first time vegas experience and unfortunately we did not starting with our check in with Jonathan at the front desk, he was very unprofessional and rude, we had 2 rooms booked there had questions on either upgrading the rook from a one bed to 2 bed and getting a extra room but without looking on the computer for availability his response was "we don't" I've stayed at delano multiple times and shared with friends and family on being a great hotel to stay at but unfortunately this trip was not, after check in we had called over to other mgm properties and luxor had rooms available for the 3rd family who attended last minute and let me say it was a great experience and smooth check in that it was I regret not reserving luxor instead. Delano needs to train some of their staff with customer service training

Poor customer service
We booked two, two queen suites. At registration desk we were checked in as usual. Both rooms were king suites. The registration desk didn't tell us there was an issue. When we called registration they said there are no rooms available and they'd send rollaway beds. No other options.

disappointing Vegas trip
Staff were less than friendly, less than helpful. border line mean. i really expected more from a MGM hotel. rooms clean don't think we ever waited on a elevator but staff were measurable. valet were spot on. so it was good for motel service. not high priced hotel.
