Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s)

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:

  • All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
  • In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

    We had Andre and Alain as our butler they were really great,really attentive and professional at their job. We will be back next.

    Always amazing

    This was our third trip to the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall and it did not disappoint! Our Butlers Andre and Alaina were amazing and super attentive. We were greeted by Andres smiling face each morning and Alain’s at the end of the day. Any request we had was met and then some. All of the staff were over the top pleasant and made the whole trip amazing. We had a group of 6 couples and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I highly recommend.

    Much more than we expected!

    Our short stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose was outstanding. The property is immaculate and the service was simply fantastic. Our butler’s Andre and Alain made sure we were well accommodated during our stay even scheduling services for other family members we were there with. I can’t say enough good things about those guys. Truly an amazing pair. The food was delicious and the drinks were just right. I’d definitely recommend a stay here. 5 stars hands down.

    Jamaica Trip 2024

    Great weather, beach and premium service You could not ask for more. The grand is one of three iberostar resorts, this being the adult only section but you do have access to the other two properties. Beach here on the grand and the suites were best of all. Arriving at the resort was pretty quick from the airport, we arranged private transfers with TCJ Tours, excellent service I recommend them. Resorts promptly greets you on entry, front desk checks our reservation and in no time you are headed to your room. Spent the least time there. Touring the property, its well maintained, pools and bars in easy access. Food served throughout the day, snacks and coffee also great and keeps you going. Food is delicious and a nice variety. Service overall was prompt and staff were very friendly. Butler service hands down was exceptional, nothing was ever too much and he knew what we needed before we asked. Outside the resort we did the bamboo rafts and the luminous tour, both were fun and worth time spent off the resort, arranged also with TCJ Tours. Overall a great time in Jamaica at the Iberostar Grand.

    Another great Iberostar experience!

    We have been Iberostar Club Members since 2016 and stayed at many Iberostar resorts in Mexico and Dominican Republic so we have a lot to compare to. This was our first time in Jamaica. Originally booked the Rose Hall Suites but upgraded on arrival to the grand. The staff, especially Kerry K, made it an easy process. We were made to feel special by housekeeping and our Butlers Christopher, Valentine, Jamie and Travis. They communicate via Whatsapp which makes it easy to make requests and receive daily schedules. The new policy of no reservations for dinners was mostly ok if you do early dining, but we did walk away from an hour wait one night since it would have meant eating at 8:45pm. (This was not supposed to happen to Club members). The food at this resort is very good. Wish we had stayed longer to experience more of it. The first night at the steak house was phenomenal, best Octopus we've ever had. The four of us ate off each others plates and couldn't get enough. Second night at the steak house was good but not as good as the first, so if you feel it was not great, give it another try. We also liked the Italian and French. We did the table service at the Japanese the night we couldn't get into the steakhouse, it was typical and good and service was great. Dwayne in the Italian was our favorite waiter. We stayed 6 nights. The entertainment was not up to what we have seen in the past. We prefer not to go to the new Paid shows, since we already paid for the "All Inclusive" visit. And again as club members, it feels like another thing taken away from us. It took us the whole 6 days to get comfortable finding our way around. They could use more signs in the hallways to find exits, Lobby, Restaurants and the Spa. Ta least everywhere you go the staff are happy, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa and received nice massages multiple days. The staff there is attentive and caring. Our favorite place to be was in the ocean. The water is warm and the beach is beautiful. I love that you can float arounf without a life jacket or tube. The salt ware keeps you afloat. We were well taken care of at the Members beach area by Oshante, Alison, Roshane Cameron, Jamie Lewis, Rasa and Merrick. Loved drinking the fresh coconut water that Jamie picked and opened daily for us. The local vendors were respectful and friendly. I may have picked up a contact buzz walking the beach though! We spent little time in the pools but they were well maintained and warm as well. Little disappointed in the drinks options at the lobby bar. Our experience at Paraiso Grand has been that top shelf liquor is available at all the bars to all guests, so we spend much less time in the members lounge. At Grand Rose Hall, the lobby bar requires up charge for something as basic as Don Julio. So we did spend more time in the members lounge playing cards and were well taken care of by Cassandra, Kerry K, and Brianna. They made sure we had our bottles of wine for every dinner, we never had to wait. Thank you Patrice for making sure we received our alcohol! Final Thoughts: We will definitely come back soon. The resort is beautiful, but miss the wildlife! Wife was most excited to go to the Cat sanctuary! Mangrove Excursion (Dressel Divers) with a small group of 6, was great. Great snorkeling experience. Sunset Excursion was30 people and a loud party scene. Not really what we're into, so it will be a pass for next time. Snorkeling was good though. We also use the Club Mobay services which was a great experience making the airport easier to deal with. We traveled on Tuesday and Monday, so it was lighter traffic. I could go on, but
