Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s)

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:

  • All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
  • In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

    The whole experience was captivating. Our butlers were amazing! Big up 2 Alain & Andre! Montego Bay is a beautiful part of Jamaica with wholesome family oriented culture and rural communities.

    Best butler on the resort!!!!

    The service is fantastic! Our butler Alain was fantastic! He and all the staff are over the top! We will definitely be back. The food was the best we've had from all the resorts we've stayed in Jamaica. I highly recommend Iberostar Grand Rose Hall.

    5 star Resort!

    This is our 3rd time to vibrant Jamaica and 1st time at Ibero star suites selection. We always love and appreciate the warm fun loving hospitality of Jamaican people and that’s what has us wanting to come back all the time. Beautiful country with great hard working jovial citizens. From the time we landed we we’re welcomed by the Ibero staff. Check in was smooth with our front desk hostess Cora. We got 2 ocean front rooms ground floor side by side with my parents and we really loved and appreciated how very close it was to the beach, my daughter would literally climb over our balcony and walk across. It was also very great for seniors like my parents, everything was close by and accessible. The architecture and interior design of this resort is impeccable. The restaurants and design is very well thought out. Our tour excursion planner with W2M Shermaine Gordon was a pleasure to deal with personally. Super friendly and kind. She gave great suggestions on where to go and the best affordable deals. Our house keeping Zoya & Valerie gave us ultra clean and impeccable service twice a day of cleaning our rooms. I was very impressed by the day time cleaning and turn down service. Zoya is a breath of sunshine always pleasantly greeting us and accommodating if we needed something, Valerie was awesome as well for the turn down and cleaned our room very neat and tidy. The chefs at the restaurant particularly the buffet was amazing, food is always mouth watering and you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to a very wide selection. Each night was a different night but you can’t get away from the great authentic Jamaican food station of fried plantain, peas and rice and chicken curry and the list goes on. Yoni was our great smoothie specialist in the morning, with a bright smile on his face. Overall I would definitely come to this resort again, oh and the entertainment was great talented performers on the stage. The only slight downfall was not accessing the grand resort as that is adults only. If you’re staying at suites and beaches those are the only resorts you have access to, but you’re not missing much at the grand. One love Jamaica 🇯🇲 you’ll always have my heart 🙏❤️

    Great hotel with lovely staff

    Had a lovely stay at the Iberostar in Montego Bay, the hotel is very clean including rooms, restaurants and pool areas. The food selection available is varied and served with a smile. All of the staff are attentive and will do what they can to help your every need. I highly recommend this resort for any stay in Jamaica!

    EXCELLENCE AT ITS BEST - IBEROSTAR GRAND ROSE HALL

    We visited April 4-11, 2024. However, It's been awhile since I posted a review for my favorite hotel, Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. My Honey and I have been going there every year...most times, twice a year, for the past 14 years. Yes, 14 years! That says it all. Of course, hotel ambiance and maintenance is very important but Customer Service is a top priority when selecting a vacation resort. Just wanted to give kudos to some of the personnel that continues to give excellent service with a smile. I can start at the top with their management team, David or Daveed, ( new additions Max and Santana). Jordyn left last year but is sorely missed. She and David was a dynamic duo and I believe Max and Santana is definitely on the road to the same. Teresa, front desk mgr & Barrington (the Best), Baseine Public Relations Mgr & Nadika; Taneil, Head of Butler Services along with some of the best butlers ever...ROMELL #1; as well as Rohan, Chang, Rushane, Christopher are a great team. Lobby bar team, Clive, and Gary (old timers) are excellent bartenders. Others are Kerry and Kaczyn (?) dimples) have multiple responsibilities for beach and pool drink services. Some excellent bar hostesses as well but I can't recall all their names so not naming anyone. My favorite towel attendants Theolyn and Anishka are the best. Some of the top restaurant hostess over the years are Judy (Buffet); Dovia, Surf & Turf, who has just been promoted. Bellman Love; William, Leolyn (??) Star Friends...Smiley, Bubbles, Janell, Cash, Lisa and their new manager continue to make our stay enjoyable with their entertainment. I know I'm going to get in trouble because a couple of people, I didn't get their names...just know them by face recognition. Hopefully, they'll forgive me. Guest suites and the resort overall continue to be well maintained. Any problem or issues you may have will be addressed immediately. There are a couple of changes I'm not in agreement; however, David or Daveed (GM) took the time to explain the reasons. No matter, I do hope PAID SHOWS in the theatre will be banished and all the old shows are moved back to the inside theatre Dinner reservations should be re-implemented. It was a disappointment getting dressed to have dinner at a specific restaurant and now we get there and find out they have a private party or it's too crowded. David also explained why we no longer have "straws" for our drinks (environmental). It just makes no sense having a mixed drink with no straw but that can't be changed. A couple of other issues were only temporary changes so not mentioning those. My biggest disappointment was we missed LOBSTER SEASON by a few days. This has NEVER happened to us in the past 14 years so we couldn't "O.D." on lobster this time. We feel as if we're family whenever we're there and I highly recommend you visit Iberostar Grand whenever you visit Montego Bay. Leon and Curley - Hope to be back for our second visit 2024 in December.
