Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required
per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Dec 06, 2023Beautiful resort, but not our favorite
We had previously stayed at the Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana, so we thought we would give the Grand Rose Hall a try as well. The facilities are fantastic and gorgeous, however, our experience was less than that of the Grand Bavaro. The food was great throughout the resort, no complaints on that. The grounds were kept up very well. Our biggest complaints were that of our room not being cleaned on a daily basis, our snack bar never being refilled and the just an overall feel that this resort was less than expected. We had booked a suite with a king bed in June of 2023, 6 months prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival we were informed that the king beds weren't available and we were being placed in a queen bed suite and they would try to move us the next day. Which automatically frustrated us, after a long day of travel, etc. We had to go check-in with the front desk the next morning regarding this. They informed us we were able to switch rooms, but weren't able to be next to our friends, as we were informed we could be. They were able to move our rooms around 4 p.m. that day, but we had to pack up all of our items and re-establish. Not exactly how you want to spend your first day. The staff for the most part was attentive. There were numerous occasions where we weren't greeted, weren't waited on and simply were overlooked. Our room wasn't cleaned on a regular basis and we had to physically call and go to the front desk in order to achieve that. Our snack bar and mini fridge were never refilled. Even after we left a note asking for them to be. While we still enjoyed ourselves, I can't say we will be back to this resort. We had high expectations, but after we read numerous reviews regarding others lack luster experiences we were left worried. Rightfully so, those experiences were that of what we had as well.

Third time to the grand rose hall. Still amazing ! LOVE that it is adults only, wonderful beaches, amazing food and bars, and amazing staff. Each personally took ownership to make our vaca amazing. Special shout outs to Cedric, Alain, Andre, and Jodene, but all were wonderful. Will be back again.

Loved
The staff the staff this is the reason you come to Jamaica. Everyone was checking up on us we loved the food and the drinks and all our servers . The weather was perfect in the mornings for that sun and perfect in the evenings as we believe in a good circadian rhythm. The trip took us some time to plan but we made it and enjoyed everything. Our drivers from top choice Jamaica tours made our airport arrivals and departures fun we even did the Dunn's river falls as our excursion it's a must see booked everything with them and you will see how much fun they are. Food options I loved jerk chicken, japanese and french the most . Nickehsia was fun I hope I spelt it right and yes she's an amazing chef look for her 😊. Give her tips thanks . The checking was smooth check out was sad we missed the place but must get back to the grind to return in April 2024

Jamaica the way you expect and want a vacation to be.
Iberostar Grand Rose Hall was an absolutely amazing resort with a fantastic beach, good food, lively night-time entertainment, good drinks, and lots of energy at the pool. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and the pool every day. The difference between a good vacation and a great vacation is the staff at the resort. They made us feel welcome from the moment we received our welcome packet of information the week before our trip. Upon arrival, we were greeted like we owned the place. While the entire staff was very good, extremely friendly, and always helpful; I would like to give a special shout-out to 4 specific people. Sheneille found us every day to ensure we were having a great vacation. Our Ambassador, Cedric knew how to make things happen. He made sure every request we asked for was furnished, and he even provided things that he knew would make our vacation better without asking, and every time they did. Marsha-Lee was another diamond, answering all our questions, providing help, getting our massages scheduled each day, and making our vacation memorable. Let's not forget our Butler Valentine, who checked on us every day to make our stay fantastic. We enjoyed the restaurants and the buffet and didn't have a bad meal once. Don't miss the Jerk Chicken shack behind the pool, best Jerk pork and chicken I have ever eaten. We ate at the Japanese two nights, once at Habachi and the other sushi at the table. Fantastic. We had the buffet on Thanksgiving, there were so many choices, and the turkey was cooked to perfection. Moist. The nightly free entertainment was really good. We saw Michael Jackson, which one a scale of 1 to 10, was a 12. Outstanding. The other shows at night around the pool were also very good, Steel Drums, African Drums, and 4 mo-town singers. We went to see Dolce, which was great. Highly recommended for every couple. We did the magic show, there wasn't enough magic in my opinion. More singing and dancing than Magic, so a little disappointed in the magic, but the singing and dancing were great. THen we went to RockTails, where we had a blast making drinks and dancing. I would go back without hesitation, and in fact, we are coming back with a group of 10 in March we had such a great time. I will request those same people to make our March vacation as good as this one. Its the people that make the difference, and these 4 were the best of the best.

A Grand time without a doubt
We just returned from a week at the Grand Rose Hall and it was AMAZING! This is our 4th time back at the Grand and it did not disappoint. Rohan and Gary were great butlers. Cedrick was so helpful in arranging a wonderful anniversary dinner and dinner reservations. Theolyn, at the pool, was as great as always. Saying good bye to her on Saturday brought me to tears. Being members is definitely worth it from the people you work with to the resort being one of the best. Traveling to Jamaica is always our number 1 destination.
