Privilege is a scam
Amazing place just don't go for privilege. Check in is faster somehow for non privilege. Pool bar top shelf (grey goose) is not available at privilege bar. Even with privilege you have to pay extra for top shelf liquor. Very important kid program is "out of stock". I was pressured into a special breakfast where they wanted to promote their new resort in Mexico and was made to feel very guilty when I politely declined as it directly impacts the employees wages/ "points". Definitely come here just don't be a sucker for the privilege.

Highest quality vacation I've had so far!
My wife and I went here to this all-inclusive back in April. It was one of the best vacations we've had so far. From the airport to the hotel, all parties that serviced us were efficient, kind, and accommodating. When we walked into the lobby, it was like a palace. Here are some things you can look forward to: - People that are like family and strive to do well in servicing you. - Well-maintained property. - Beautiful architecture. - Beautiful scenery. - Plenty of things to do. - Multiple restaurants to try. - Very relaxing and entertaining. - The view was amazing. - Multiple bars (including walk-up and swim-up) - The patio with an outdoor jacuzzi! Blew me away. We've recently seen that the travel advisory level has been changed to level 3. Our trip was safe and we look forward to returning and having the same experience.

Ocean Coral Spring Resort - 2 Star Experience
Well, where do I start? How about, this is in NO WAY a Five Star experience. I'd give it a 2.5-3 star. We left 5/28/23 with a group of 13 adults and 12 kids, all over the age of 16. This was celebrating several graduates, so we were looking to have a great time. Let me first start by saying that my comments don't apply to 100% of the staff. The few staff that didn't come with an attitude were tipped very well, so prepare to tip anyway, even though it's not required. They almost expect it. There's a definitely a negative attatude toward white women by the staff. Several times, my wife and friends were literally overlooked when waiting on bar service. This wasn't a coincidence, I can tell the difference. This is a big problem when spending money on an all inclusive. You almost start feeling like you just lucky enough to have them there! Service rating is a 2. Food....was just ok. We opted for the Priveledged area, where the best food on the property is. Most restaurants are blah, and you feel like everything tasts the same after a while. The initial serving is small, and don't you dare ask for more....you'll get attutide AGAIN. I asked for more jerk chicken at the jerk stand than the portion they gave me and you'd seriously think I'd asked for the guys first born. Food rating is a 3. The overall layout of the resort is pretty decent from a logistics perspective. Most restaurants were easy to get into. The rooms were decent, seemed clean. The resort looked a little beat up from the outside for being 3 years old. The pool had some very suspicious black mold growing in the white grout. Hallways got a little nasty by the weeks end with hair and dirt. The lazy river was probably the best thing the resort has going. That was fun. There really isn't anything to do on the property. We loooked into some excursions but none were really appealing. I think that's enough. The management needs to address the service. I don't know how you go about changing the attutude of almost an entire staff, but this will continue to bring this resort down. I can tell you that not a singly family in our group would consider going back.

Royalty Experience A Vacation to Remember!
This place was 5 star experience me and Bae had an amazing stay. This ALL inclusive resort had amazing food plenty choices to pick from our favorite food place on the resort was a place called Martha's Market I think it was the buffet style place one of the cleanest buffets we ever ate at. The waitstaff was friendly special shout out to Shakesha if you ever go here tell her we sent you and I'm sure she will be just as kind to you. The live music drinks room and overall experience was bomb. We will be revisiting at another time. We felt like royalty we were part of the privilege guest and we got all the perks they had to offer. Don't take our word go see for yourself!
