This resort feels new and nice and clean. The best part about this resort is absolutely the staff! They are fantastic. They’re so nice and willing to go the extra mile. The only downside is the beach area. It’s not the gorgeous beach that you see in pictures of Mexico. It is a safe beach because they do have it roped off and there is a touch of sand and lounge chairs, which are nice. Thank you Alejandro at the bar, Cesar at the pizza oven, and Eloy and all of the entertainment team even though I have forgotten some names. You made our trip fun and we appreciate all your hard work taking care of us and putting a smile on our face every time you spoke to us.

My experience in this resort was not good I booked here because all Over the internet there were reviews it was a fun party resort not at all boring the entertainment was bad, additionally the food was horrible especially the hibachi and the steak restaurant. Lastly the beach was not clean you can even get in the water it’s full of seaweed. I upgraded to a better room and it was not worth the money paid.

The vibe at this resort was spectacular! From the drinks to the service to the room to the pool, everything was 10/10 will recommend! Hospitality was amazing. The beds were so comfortable! The 2 pools were great and loved the DJ! See Lety in the Xhale waiting room for the best espresso martinis!!

Vitale Destination Bachelorette
We ate breakfast almost daily at Spoon Buffet. Our host, Lusein, took very good care of us!!!! ❤️🙏 He was attentive and polite. We will definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family due to our amazing experience.

The place is advertised as luxury and excellent location, the beach is to cry for, pools too crowded and people don't go to restrooms(if you know what I meant) food quality is poor and too salty, too expensive for what they have to offer...
